Loved that it didnt to check in early, loved that i could park after check out and use shuttle..so.convenient and just a cherry on top that everyone loves.Easy friendly check in.

Exceeded Expectations

We arrived late after some nasty weather on our drive in. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful on a night where they, undoubtedly, had to deal with a number of flustered customers dealing with the same conditions. The staff had also stayed later than their normal office close to accommodate the late arrivals. The property was as advertised with an excellent hot tub and heated pool (Both a big hit with my 10-year-old son!). The interior of the condo was very cozy with a great mountain vibe and was very well-kept. We would most certainly come back!

Disappointed

Televisions did not work. People who can to resolve this issue tried but did not ever get the tv in the bedroom to work and the living room tv was only partially functional. Out stay was a full 7 days and we were given 2 bath towels that we also needed to use for the hot tub. When we called for more or to exchange we were told there would be a 4 per towel change and a delivery fee. Very rediculas. Still hoping for some sort of refund for these issues

Our maintenance team did make multiple attempts to resolve the problem. Regarding the towels, we do provide a standard number of linens based on the length of stay and guest count.
