We had a wonderful time. Love how close Condo was to water. I do feel they need a flashlight in event electricity goes out, we lost power once, even though it was brief, I looked for a flashlight, none to be found. Thank you for everything. SB

Great location for family activities

This was a great location for all of the activities we wanted to do: the zoo and aquarium, kayaking with manatees and dolphins, swim/hot tub, and beach time. We even went to Disney for a day. There were plenty of great restaurants and some had live entertainment. The condo has a great layout and nice balcony overlooking the beach.

Nice place

We were happy with the stay overall. The beds are not the most comfortable. Happy with the cleanliness and amenities. Checking in and out was very easy. It's in a nice location between the Madiera Beach/John's Pass area and Clearwater.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Castle III. The unit was clean and provided plenty of towels. There were some starter supplies for us to use which was nice. The beaches in this area are very pretty and were not crowded during our stay. We were not aware that the pool hours are limited. With a young child who enjoys swimming we would have liked to use the pool in the evening. The pool hours are 9 am to sunset, which was 6 pm during our visit. Overall this is a very nice unit and I would recommend staying there.

Jill, Thank you for your review. We are so glad you enjoyed your time at Sand Castle III 602 despite the limited pool hours. Unfortunately the buildings cannot install the proper lighting required to be open after sunset. During turtle nesting season (which runs half the year) sea turtles can become disoriented from lights and illuminated objects visible from the beach. The sea turtles follow the moonlight reflecting on the water to make it down to the waterline. Pool lights would confuse them. We do hope you will stay with us again. Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty

Details as listed, pictures were recent and exactly as described.

The place was great and as listed. Many times you get old pictures but this property was very nice and updated. It was only a mile or so from the property manager which was nice to get parking passes/contract etc. The owners did have a few pool toys/beach chairs for us to use instead of getting from property manager. We purchased a couple additional items for my kids and left them for future renters/owners as we couldn’t bring them back as we flew to Tampa. Location is great with views of the gulf. My family really enjoyed the stay. If there was any downside, it would be the master bed was maybe a little older and not as comfortable as the other mattresses in the unit. We already discussed staying here again.

Loved our stay. Had an issue with a bathroom sink we called the office snd it was fixed within 2 hours. Very clean. Loved it so much we booked for next year
