This is a beautiful home, nicely decorated and well maintained, on a canal on Pine Island. The canal provided easy access to waterways making Sanibel and Captiva Islands a short trip away. There was plenty of room to park our boat trailer during our stay. Check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

The only thing I regret about this stay is that I did not have a boat to take better advantage of what this property had to offer. Owner was amazing communicator. Host requested a few things which were all justified in terms of cleanliness and economy for the stay. Pool was enclosed by a screen to keep the bugs out. We enjoyed it each day of our stay. Place was clean and very comfortable. Thumbs up!

We really enjoyed our time at the property. Laura was very helpful and promptly answered all of our questions. The house was very clean and well-equipped. It was very peaceful, private and quiet, with a preserve right across the canal. The dock and boat lift were in great shape, and had water and electricity in close proximity. We cooked in several nights and found the kitchen to be very well organized with plenty of pots/pans and cooking utensils. Overall it was a wonderful experience and look forward to staying there again.

Great Stay

House was super clean and well equipped! It was wonderful to put the boat on the lift, jump in the pool, and make a meal with our family. Host was super friendly and very accommodating.

Perfect place for family getaway

Ideal location!!

Perfect location getaway! This area still has the old Florida charm! Great restaurants close by and quiet neighborhood. Fishing in the canals and bay was perfect. Very clean and completely refurbished home. The owners were helpful and attentive! We will definitely be back!

Small glitch at the start but was quickly fixed Host was easy to communicate with and had it taken care of Location is beautiful and access to open water is easy House is first rate and the pool quite welcome after a day in sun fishing
