What a great house!! It had EVERYTHING you could need for a fun vacation. The owner was respectful and communicative. Everything was clean, labeled, and easy to find. I would absolutely recommend this wonderful house to anyone.

Beautiful, well-appointed, very clean property! We had a wonderful weekend with a group of relatives in town to attend a wedding. The property was a perfect fit for our group. In addition to having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, it had places inside and out for sitting around to talk. It had conveniently labeled rooms as well as kitchen cabinets, helping everyone to find things! (And the kitchen had everything we needed to make hot breakfasts for the whole group!). Tina was very responsive to questions and changes we had ahead of time. Beautiful views of Lake Hartwell, plenty of parking, highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and accommodated our family quite well. However, it was not ready at our check-in time. I know that things happen and sometimes circumstances arise that can affect readiness, but they should know how to allow for these things. They did allow us to unload our things and come in anyway, but I am sure we were in each other's way. The listing says 2 washers and 2 dryers, but there is only 1 washer and 2 dryers. It's difficult to tell the layout of the house without a floor plan included in the photos. Several of the rooms are connected to each other, and you have to walk through one to get to the other... little odd.. Not that this prompts me to give a lower review, but it would sure be helpful. We had a great time with our children and grandchildren.

This was our 3rd time celebrating a family Christmas together hear. The house was perfect for all of us to prepare and enjoy family meals, accommodate multi family sleeping arrangements, play games and exchange gifts by the Christmas tree provided by the host. Well stocked for cooking and kitchenware. We love it here. Look forward to returning for our next gathering.

The home was so beautiful, all the pictures were exactly like the rooms, the house. The kitchen was amazing, it had everything label and fully equipped with anything you need. Our host Tina was so easy to ask questions and she replied back quickly.The checkin was at 4pm and she was able to allow an early check in which was great as we were able to get my sons birthday cake, and decorations.

Our family (from toddler to great grandparents) had a wonderful time at this house on Lake Hartwell. The owner is great to work with and the house is beautiful and perfect for family trips.

Beautiful New Dock!

We had a great time as a family at this house and the owner just added a new dock with plenty of room to park our boat and spend time sitting by the lake. The owner is great to work with and the house is immaculate.

Great home on Lake Hartwell

Tina and Mark are great to work with. The home is immaculate and great for a family vacation. The location on the lake is perfect in a quiet cove on a great part of the lake for skiing and tubing.
