The villa was spotless. Could not have asked for better communication with Richard. It was laid out nice giving you the feeling of plenty of room to spread out. The enclosed lanai that was also air conditioned was GREAT. You could eat out there or just sit on the couch and enjoy the view of the fountain, pond (and turtles). We did not have time to take advantage of the amenities, but they all looked to be in very good shape. The location is convenient to anywhere in Bradenton and the beaches. The villa had all the items needed for an easy to use kitchen - including the cleaning supplies. I never felt unsafe and would stay at this property again without hesitation. I almost forgot to mention that there is a Publix grocery store & a terrific bagel shop next store that are about a 3 minute ride from the villa. My compliments Richard!
