I have stayed in a lot of different vrbo's, this one was by far my favorite. Great layout, great views, everything was as you would expect. Quiet side of Mission with easy walk to Ocean side and plenty of other things to do in walking distance.

This is our 4th or 5th time to this property. I would stay at ANY property managed by Rebecca! The bayside walk is perfect for the quiet stay near the heart of the best San Diego has! So close to everything including La Jolla shores or La Jolla tide pools. WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT BAYSIDE PENTHOUSE:1. VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS!2. CLEAN3. Super comfy beds4. Location5. Fabulous beach toys including beach bikes6. Ample space in garage (don’t rent or bring wide vehicle7. All bedrooms have balconies8. Private elevator (smaller sized but perfect for luggage/groceries)9. Bayside boardwalk accessess10. Fireworks view in summer11. Stocked kitchen12. BEST manager Rebecca!! Too many reasons to list. These are why we return. Rebecca is TOP NOTCH and will ensure everything runs smoothly

The host was readily accessible and responsive for the few questions we had. Amenities were as advertised and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need including a condiments, tea, pots and pans, plates, glasses, etc. everything was in working order except the freezer part of the refrigerator, however there was a freezer in the garage that was available.

Great stay in Mission Beach

We stayed here for 9 days. It was everything it seems to be in the listing. Clean, comfortable, had everything you could need for a beach vacation. Loved it!

Great location on the bay side. Wonderful upper deck to enjoy the views. Close to everything but also far enough away that its quiet. House was in good condition and we experienced only minimal issues and were in communication with the PM. Parking is a challenge but we fit 2 SUVs in the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property and location!

Nice to see the views of Mission Bay and see all the wonderful birds in the area!close to all the activities we did. Enjoyed walking along the bay as well as the ocean. Property had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it!

This luxurious penthouse condo was everything! The views were spectacular! A perfect location, close to Belmont park. Minutes away from the beach. When I go back to San Diego, I will book this place again!

Bayside View

This condo work great for the 6 of us…Grandparents, Parents and 2 grandchildren. Choose the bayside so it would be a little more quiet and private. The view was fantastic and really enjoyed the location.

Great location

This home was in the perfect location. Close to Belmont and the ocean but on the quiet side of the bay. It was perfect for our grandson to play in the water and we could relax on the sand. Enjoyed paddle boarding, biking on the boardwalk with provided bikes . The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen and has a roomy comfortable family room and bedrooms. We will definitely stay again next time we go.

We had family fly in from various states in the US. We wanted to have enough room and amenities for the week. The penthouse was great and everything we hoped for. On the bay with a 5 minute walk to the ocean, restaurants and shopping. Was awesome

Can’t beat the location!

The host was very responsive, the house has great views and lots of space. It does need some TLC as it is starting to age a bit. But with one beach right out the door and another just a quick walk away, it’s hard to complain. We had a fun week in Mission Bay!
