It was a very cozy place. The amenities were so amazing!!! The (grand)teens felt safe and secure when my husband and I were adulting!!! For a 16 and 17 yr old stand point that's saying a lot of awesomeness!!!! We would definitely book with John Roy again.... I certainly hope he feels the same about our family
The cabin was spacious, clean, well organized for our use with easy to follow instructions and in a quiet neighborhood. As vegetarians, we carried our own food with us. The only adjustment for us was the sift beds, we prefer firm beds, otherwise we had no problems whatsoever.
We had a great stay! The house was as listed. It’s small but everything that you needed was there. The bed was comfortable and it was warm . It could use a better dusting and the Keurig coffee maker needed a cleaning. Water was left in the reservoir and it was slimy but otherwise everything was great. We would consider renting again
We came up as a family vacation to ride the UTV trails. The house is in a great location for this! The house itself was very clean and was perfect for us and the host was great with communication.
Our stay at the Cozy 2BR Retreat was great! Property was clean, cozy & accommodating for our stay. Communication with the host & checking in was effortless. The house was so peaceful. We were in the area for an Apostle Islands kayak trip that was canceled due to high winds on Lake Superior. We spent the day hiking at Copper Creek Falls State Park & had dinner at Drop Tine Bar & Grill. Highly recommended both! We would definitely stay again!Thank you John for allowing us to stay at your Property!Laura & BobFarmington, MN
