Love City Penthouse Studio- Steps to Cruz Bay

Panoramic view of Cruz Bay Harbor. Love City Penthouse Studio is the perfect escape. You will have breathtaking views of not just beautiful Cruz Bay, but, also, Caneel Hill and the outlying VI islands.

This penthouse unit features an outdoor covered balcony waiting for you to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast and or evening cocktails before you take a short walk in to town to your choice of over a dozen outstanding restaurants. You can always have the unit fully stocked with your favorite food and drinks prior to your arrival. Our penthouse studio is similar to a hotel room and has a kitchenette.

Spend your days on one of the islands’ 17 beaches, and explore everything the island has to offer. A short walk to the ferry dock and center of Cruz Bay is always filled with friendly, accommodating local taxi drivers who are always ready to take you where you want to be. This unit does not come with a parking spot.

Grande Bay is a great location close to all of the action, and easy walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shopping.

The penthouse offers full access to the tranquil pool and sun deck, as well as the air conditioned fitness center.

Take advantage of the many services that can be provided for you to enhance your love city experience whether is be a sunset sail, a day boat charter to the BVIs (via Sonic Charters who have the best captains!!) , and in-room massage (with Crandall Massage!) Do not hesitate to ask about all that can be at your fingertips!

Honeymoon stay

Great location but you can hear your neighbors
We love St. John and Grande Bay as we stay there annually. This condo meets most expectations for a couple or a couple and 1 infant in the pack n play. Compared to some of the other condos in grande bay. it probably could use a few small updates. We did notice bugs in the bathroom and we could hear everything on the other side of the wall. Our last night it sounded like someone was on the roof or crawl space above us. There was movement and noise all night long and being the penthouse thought that was a bit odd. It is a great location and does the job. Owners and property manager are lovely and helpful.

We cannot say enough about not only the beauty and serenity St. John oozes, but of the FUN that we have. The people are as beautiful as the views, and, we rent our property with the motivation to bring you, your family and friends that same love and fun.

The amazing beaches are enveloped within the National Park and offer everything from challenging hikes, to relaxing strolls before or after lounging on the beach, swimming, snorkeling and diving. There is something for any type of vacation you are looking for! Come make your own memories, we think you will fall in love!!
