Great space and close to shopping, restaurants and most historical locations with most no more than a .5 walk at the most. Be advised that the garage will not fit two vehicles- would go back in a heartbeat.

Apologies for any confusion about the garage — it accommodates one vehicle, and we’ll update the listing to make that clearer. My mom and I stayed in the main house which was very clean. My sister stayed in the carriage house and said it was clean except for cobwebs in the corners. Check-in process was fine. I do wish all the codes were in one text or email. The codes for the main doors were texted but the code for the key to the carriage house was sent via a link. Was a little confusing on check-in but fine after figuring it out. The house is lovely and had plenty of plates, cups and utensils. The steam shower in my room was awesome. My mom ended up using it as there is a tub in the primary suite. We had a wonderful time. The location is great. Easy walking distance or quick uber to Riverwalk and historic areas. Only small note: There was 1 bag of coffee for a 3 day stay. Would have been nice to have a few more and some powdered creamer. Pretty minor all things considering. The rooftop deck was fun, the spiral stairs are narrow but weren’t an issue for my 70 year old mother to climb. I liked how stable the narrow passage felt, especially as it was high! Great stay, would rent again.

Very clean home. Location was great. Once we arrived we walked and took the trolley our whole stay. The home has a great layout, fully equipped kitchen with a nice courtyard between the house and garage to relax on. The online pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s lovely!

Wonderful stay in Savannah!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This may be the nicest vacation rental our family has stayed in as far as cleanliness, updated appliances, furniture, etc. It’s a beautiful home and was spotless. A great place to come home to after a long day of exploring all Savannah has to offer. The location is great too in terms of being in walking distance to just about everything. Only thing I would note is that the primary guest bedroom does not have a shower so of the two bedrooms in the main house, there is only one shower. That being said, that would not prevent us from staying here again. We had a great time! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Villa in a Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was a spacious 3 story home on East Broughton Street. A close walk to shops and restaurants and the river. The villa was spacious, super clean, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The private courtyard was so peaceful. We sat out there in the mornings drinking our coffee and at night with a glass a wine before going out. There are 2 separate bedrooms with bathrooms on the 2nd floor. The secondary bedroom has a shower with steam which we all took full advantage of during our stay. The rooftop was a great bonus. It's a winding staircase up to the top but once you're up there, it's nice to look over the rooftops. We had a minivan but it fit perfectly in the garage with little room to spare. We would rent this villa again.

Had a great time, plenty of room for the 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The location is just outside of the busy section but close enough. The Carriage house was nice, the entrance is through the garage. We'll be back

Perfect Savannah Spot

Nine ladies stayed here for our annual college reunion. We had the main house and the carriage house as well. It was very clean and comfortable. We relaxed and then wandered out right into the historic district for sightseeing and dining. The location is perfect- you can pop in at any time to change or drop off your shopping bags. Close to the river. We had a maintenance issue that was dealt with quickly and easily. Would highly recommend this place.

Lovely property within easy walking distance to Broughton shopping, River Street and more. The home and carriage house were incredibly clean, fresh, and welcoming. The one car garage was a big perk too. And there were awesome amenities which surprised us such as the house-wide Bluetooth sound system. What could have been a bit better was the hospitality of an early check-in. The price per night was, to me, above average and would have warranted some grace and flex. There were some cosmetic issues inside with wall/ceiling spots, light bulbs out, etc. Supplies like TP and paper towels were sparse considering # of guests and nights we stayed. We wanted to hook up a game system, but the main TV (although there were plenty of others) was not compatible. The rooftop was awesome for fireworks watching but there was no real seating, umbrella, tables, or comforts; most of us just stood around. The patio had a table but no umbrella and a small grill would have been nice. One bigger thing to note is the master bed and bath. There is a spacious overlook loft which can serve as a 4th bedroom but you access it from the main bedroom, which might be weird for guests, but great for kids. The master bath, although huge, has only a tub with a hand held spray wand coming from the tub. We called it a Shub. No standing, just sitting. Awkward for someone 6'6".The kitchen was great, well equipped as we cooked one big meal in. The large dining table sat 10 comfortably. All in all GOOD stay!

We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the home’s convenient location, the cleanliness, the garage parking, and amenities like the whole-home Bluetooth sound system. It’s also wonderful to know the well-equipped kitchen and large dining table worked so well for your group. We also appreciate your constructive feedback. Your comments regarding early check-in, the cosmetic maintenance items, the quantity of starter supplies, the rooftop furnishings, patio amenities, and the TV compatibility have been shared with our team for review. Guest feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities to enhance the experience for future visitors. We also appreciate you highlighting the unique layout of the primary suite and loft, as well as the tub configuration in the primary bathroom. We understand these features may not suit every guest, and your observations will help future travelers know what to expect. Thank you again for choosing Lucky Savannah. Savanna Historical district

We arrived to this home on Thursday. We were happy to get an early check in so we could explore the city on a Segway Tour to get a lay of the area. This property is perfect for walking to just about everything. The house was perfect for us three couples with our own private rooms and baths. The furniture very comfortable in the living area. The beds all firm but comfortable all of us slept well which at 60. + is important! We loved it and would recommend it!
