Within the gates of the Four Seasons & St. Regis Resorts, Caida de Agua is a five-bedroom oceanfront property with a panoramic view to the ocean and golf course. Each suite in our villa is spacious, with private decks or patios and each hosts an ocean view.

Once confirmed, a Rental Agreement, Liability Form and HOA forms will be sent to be signed via Docusign.

• Groceries Deposit
Grocery funds are paid separately, US$3,000, this is used to purchase all the groceries and products needed to prepare your meals and dinner menu selection, including alcohol. If there are remaining funds at the end of the stay, they will be refunded. A 10% shopping fee will be added to purchases.

• Club Punta Mita Access Fee
Applies to all renter reservations for the use of Club Punta Mita services and amenities, effective January 6, 2026.
The fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay charge, regardless of the number of nights, and applies to stays of up to 30 days.

- Adults & Teenagers (13 years and older): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
- Children (ages 5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
- Children under 5 years old: No charge

With a poolside space that is four times that of most of the houses in Lagos Del Mar, the villa’s serene outdoor setting features lush landscapes, expansive lawn and tropical gardens weaving throughout the property. And because one of the area surf breaks lies just beyond the villa, you can easily assess if the surf’s up from the garden.
