Best Portugal holliday

We spent wonderful summer holidays here. Thanks for renting this lovely and comfortable villa. We are sure that we will be back here soon. That’s definitely the best place for family holidays in portugal

The house and especially the pool is fine. However, it is somewhat isolated, so you should be prepared for that. It is a long way to the nearest shops. Unfortunately, the A22 motorway is not far away, which causes some traffic noise.The cleaning was generally satisfactory, except in the kitchen, where we had to wipe down the cupboards and shelves and clean the refrigerator before we could use it. It was frustrating to have to spend time on this just after arriving. The kitchen equipment was limited, and we also had to wash much of it before use.The rest of the equipment in the house also leaves room for improvement. It is generally worn and shows signs of many years of use. In particular, it is difficult to understand why, when the house is advertised as accommodating six people, there are only four sun loungers and four chairs for the dining table on the terrace.The biggest problem, however, was the toilets and drains, which became blocked during our stay. The initial attempt to resolve the issue only made matters worse, and we had to take action ourselves to prevent sewage from flowing into the pool. When the first attempt failed, we had to follow up repeatedly before the drain was finally cleared and the toilets could be used again. Afterwards, we were once again left to clean the terrace and pool area to avoid walking through sewage. This was completely unacceptable, yet we were still asked to cover the cost of clearing the drain — an utterly unreasonable request.

The facts are as follows: - Regarding capacity and equipment: Our inventory strictly matches the description provided and is verified before every arrival. The terrace furniture (6 sun loungers and 8 chairs) is more than sufficient for the 4-5 guests declared at the time of booking. - Regarding cleanliness: Our cleaning team maintains strict and rigorous standards, consistently praised by all our other guests. - Regarding the technical incident: A professional intervention became necessary due to the misuse of the plumbing facilities by your party, contrary to the property's house rules. Beautiful Villa in a lovely location, completely private stunning view and pool. Spent 3 weeks here in August 23'. Owner and local manager easy to communicate with. No problems at all. Highly recommended.

Tolles Haus in einer Super Lage!!!

Ein so schön gepflegtes und gut ausgestattes Haus möchte man im Urlaub haben. Allein schon die schöne Hanglage und der damit verbunden Blick über die Bucht von Faro sind bemerkenswert.Nach einem sehr herzlichen Empfang vom Eigentümer bekamen wir eine grünliche Einweisung für das Haus. Es ist aber alles selbsterklärend und man findet sich auch so zu Recht.Besonders ist der Pool zu bewerten welcher extra beheizbar zu buchen ist , das hat auch wunderbar funktioniert und wir hatten 29 Grad .( der Pool war schon extra vorgeheizt) Unser Vermieter ist sehr zuvor kommend ,wir durften schon zeitiger ins Haus und falls wir eien Frage hatten war er immer sofort erreichbar und konnte uns helfen. Von einer Restaurantempfehlung bis zu Ausflugtipps wurden wir gut ´beraten. Es fehlte an nichts ordentliche Bestulung innen und außen gute Betten und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Als Destination liegt Estoi sehr zentral und ist gut angebunden. Trotzdem war es wunderbar ruhig mitten in der Natur sehr angenehm. Bei nächsten Urlaub an der Algarve brauche ich keine Suche mehr zu starten , meine Haus ist schon gefunden.

Top Haus in top Lage

Alles in allem ok. Leider befinden sich überhaupt keine Basics (Salz/Pfeffer/Toilettenpapier.....) bei Ankunft im Haus. Allles sauber aber auch irgendwie unbewohnt.. Mit der Hauseinführung und den nötigen Erklärungen wurden wir in 5 Minuten abgefertigt. Die dazu vorgesehene Person vor Ort hatte es sehr eilig wieder von Dannen zu ziehen.

Aus Höflichkeit haben wir unseren Gästen fünf Sterne gegeben (???) ... Wir möchten Sie daran erinnern, dass unsere Einrichtungen und Geräte desinfiziert sind und es während der Covid-19-Pandemie verboten ist, alle Lebensmittel und Gewürze bereitzustellen. Für jede der 3 Einzeltoiletten steht kostenlos Toilettenpapier in Höhe von 2 bzw. 3 Rollen zur Verfügung. Zur Information, die Villa wurde und wird 6 Wochen vor und 3 Wochen nach diesem Besuch vermietet ... mit Zufriedenheit. Sie können unsere Dekoration anhand der präsentierten Fotos schätzen ... Wir zweifeln nicht an der Freundlichkeit und Verfügbarkeit unserer Haushälterin. Unsere Gāsten wollten uns auf jeden Fall für die freundlicherweise kostenlosen hinzugefügte Übernachtungen danken. Klar, wir werden nie genug für sie getan haben .... //PS
