Great for tubing trip!

We picked this because of the close location to to the tubing place and size for our family. The house was well kept and check in and out was really easy. Would rent again!

Perfect location, great house, nice furniture/ linens

Really was an awesome experience. House is much nicer than the pictures! Walked to the float and an easy Uber into San Marcos. Loved this house and Arik was a great host.

Perfect place for friends

This place is perfect for hanging out with friends. The backyard is amazing for grilling and hanging out around a fire. The home is cozy and spacious for lounging around with a group of people. Aril did an amazing job making sure we were comfortable the whole time

Prime location for floating at Don’s. Arik was super responsive and helpful. We assume a breaker flipped while we ran out for dinner which caused the AC to go out. He called the handyman and had the AC back on in no time! The home had all the essential items in the kitchen ideal for indoor and outdoor cooking. Great backyard space with charcoal grill and fireplace (wood supplied too)! Pet friendly place with an all around clean home! Hope to come back!
