This is a lovely, warm and comfortable home. It is very close to the beach without being right on main walkway - so a little quieter, which we appreciated! The host was responsive and easy to work with. The walk to the bay was also quick and nice. We had a 14 year ild and 17 year old and enjoyed the quieter end of the beach as well as the walk to Belmont with all the activities! All garages and parking in the area are a little tight, but we did not have any major issues. And we had everything we needed once we were there. There is even a convenience store up the street that carries a lot of grocery items - including produce and meat. The place was also very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a great time and will most definitely stay here again if available. Thank you!

The host was very welcoming, excellent communication and made the stay very easy. The home was so nice, location to the beach was incredible, I loved having access to a bike for a nice beach board walk ride. My kids loved the water pressure in the shower. Having a garage space was so nice too

Our first family getaway to San Diego! This property did not disappoint. Steps to the beach and plenty of space for the fam to relax. Every clean and in working order. The garage space is small, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Plenty of beach equipment was available for use in the garage as well which was much appreciated. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay over the Fourth of July weekend! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made everything feel effortless. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the beach, so every day was stress-free and fun. It truly felt like a vacation from start to finish. We would 100% stay here again!

Great location, just short block away from the beach, restaurants and stores in the area are great. House is clean and stuffed with everything you may need. We had a great time, maybe come back in summer ☀️
