Over 70 feet of lakefront shoreline for guests to enjoy! 30 ft dock to accommodate any size boat. 3-person kayak, paddleboard and more are complimentary for guests. Expansive lush and partly shaded lawn for enjoying outdoor games including cornhole, jumbo connect 4, and more. 1200 square foot outside deck with ample seating and two spacious covered areas for dining, cooking, relaxing without the worry of bugs due to mister. Enjoy Outdoor TV, refrigerator, portable evaporative cooler (Portacool), ceiling fans, 5-burner grill, huge portable ice container , folding stainless steel table for food prep and serving, and more to make your vacation the ultimate getaway.

Great House for a Family Thanksgiving Gathering
My brothers and sister and I along with our extended families were looking for a house that could accommodate us over Thanksgiving week and boy did we hit the jackpot. What a terrific home…huge family area with lots of activities (video games, pool, golf simulator, poker table). Plenty of sleeping space. Host was fantastic…great communicator. In short we just could not be happier with our time there.

We will definitely book again!
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property on Lake Conroe. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was the private boat dock, where we could park our boat and enjoy the lake anytime we wanted. We had so much fun fishing, swimming, and cruising around the lake. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips on where to go and what to do in the area. We would definitely book this property again for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation on Lake Conroe.

Great place
We had a great time at this awesome house. Plenty of room for my family of 16 with so much to do. Everyone loved swimming in the lake, fishing, and feeding the ducks. The games inside the house definitely entertained everyone when we weren’t in the lake. The host was extremely helpful and always handy to answer our questions. We are already planning on returning next year.
