- Close to many hospitals for contracting healthcare professionals looking for a rental.
- Everything in this home is top quality. There is a fireplace in the family room and the bathroom has radiant heated floors. Only the best quality towels, sheets, furnishings, Smart TV, gourmet kitchen with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, a nice patio with new grill. Beautiful spansive yard in a quite neighborhood. - Smart TV has Disney Plus Bundle. The highest speed internet available.
- Entertainment is not far from home, as well as excellent restaurants and plenty of shopping. Mount Southington ski area, Lake Compounce Water park, miniature golfing and the AMC movie theater.
