- Everything in this home is top quality. There is a fireplace in the family room and the bathroom has radiant heated floors. Only the best quality towels, sheets, furnishings, Smart TV, gourmet kitchen with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, a nice patio with new grill. Beautiful spansive yard in a quite neighborhood. - Smart TV has Disney Plus Bundle. The highest speed internet available.
- Entertainment is not far from home, as well as excellent restaurants and plenty of shopping. Mount Southington ski area, Lake Compounce Water park, miniature golfing and the AMC movie theater.

Great kitchen and everything you'd need in the kitchen. Large backyard with overlooking patio. Best feature is location; convenient access to I-84 makes it easy to get most anywhere in the state.

Thank you, Charles and Marianne for being wonderful guests. Communication was easy and open. The property was well well cared for as if it was your own home. I would rent to both Charles and his wife again.
