Excellent experience - property was perfectly clean, beautiful ocean view and five-star amenities. The host went out of their way to be accommodating - especially when one of my children got sick during the trip and we required several last minute cleanings of the property. Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing stay! Great property!

Truly from start to finish this was a wonderful stay! The property manager Dan met us at the hotel when we arrived and everything about this company was extremely professional. Yuli was in contact with me all the time and also they added a queen size bed in the extra room. They were so accommodating and even got me another coffee maker! The unit itself is gorgeous and very clean. I could’ve easily stayed there for a month! The St Regis is a beautiful property and in a wonderful location right across the street from the Bal harbour shops. The view from the balcony is stunning. Thank you so much for a wonderful day. We will be back!
