The Check in process was simple. The house was clean and had multiple areas for socializing. The host checked in with us to make sure everything thing was good with our stay. We also enjoyed the dining room that accommodated the six of us on the trip.

Wedding in Milton

This property is beautiful. We came with family for a wedding. We enjoyed hanging out in the spacious living area and on the deck. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Our group visited the Jehovah's Witnesses Bethel facilities. The home was nice and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. There is a nice grocery store about five minutes away too. We would definitely book with them again!

Perfect wedding weekend house

We chose to stay at this property while attending a wedding at Buttermilk Falls Inn. The space was perfect and the location could not have been better. It's well stocked and has a nice getting-ready area with great lighting.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Week

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving week reunion at this beautiful property. We chose to rent both sections and that was the best idea for the amount of people that we had this home is centrally located very clean, and incredibly charming. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic Comfortable Stay

We were very comfortable. The house was charming and felt very clean. And the location was perfectly located for visiting Warwick, Wallkill, and Patterson.The kitchen had everything we needed and the dishwasher was a great bonus. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The large dining table fit the 7 of us perfectly. We appreciated the 2 bathrooms.We had "neighbors" staying in "Side B" during our stay at "Side A", but there were no issues.A clothes washer and dryer would have been nice. But overall we had a great time and would stay again!

Great Experience

The location was perfect for our guests attending a wedding at Buttermilk Falls. Communication was quickly responded to by the host and they accommodated our two requests. The house was clean and comfortable.The only negative I could see, which did not apply to our group, was the property had a couple step up or downs into rooms and the stairs to the second floor were narrow. So if someone has difficulty walking or climbing stairs, this may not be the house for them.

Great group getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s very old and therefore has some sloping in a few floors but overall I was very impressed. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The makeup room was our favorite! With 5 girls in the house, it made getting ready so easy! We lost power in that room one morning due to a breaker but when I contacted the manager he sent someone out right away to fix it. Great communication from the manager whenever I had a question. Would definitely stay here again. fix it.

Cute place with lots of space. Location is great. Second unit has access to your unit which we felt quite uncomfortable about. There should be a deadbolt lock on the outside of that door so you feel secure that nobody can walk into your unit. There is a baby gate with a lock and a room divider to separate them. There is a door but it does not have a lock on your side. If we knew this prior we wouldn’t have booked this unit. Air mattress for living room does not hold air, so our 2 kids slept on the couch.

It is ridiculous and very misleading to say that the other unit has access to your space -- that's just not true at all, and if you had just asked us during your stay we could have told you that the door on the other side has a deadbolt with key that only we have. It's a duplex. Of course you can't just walk in on each other during your stay! And this is also the first we've heard about the air mattress, but now that we know, we can replace it.
