Great Stay!

This is my second time staying here and I have absolutely loved it! I love the porch and the space! The location is also pretty nice, being slightly away from all the crowds but not too far!

Looked vacant. Property was nice. No interaction with the neighbors because there were very few of them around.

Where's the pool?

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the rental property was beautiful, convienent to many locations and quiet. The neighbors were very friendly with beautfully kept grounds to stroll through. The information on trash collection was a little vague, it was advertised with a pool, we spent the better part of an hour looking for the non-exix=sting pool. The woman at the office said there was never a pool. That was a very big factor in renting this particular property. We made the best of it, but they need to change thier advertising on this property. We were inundated with emails stating conficting information about the property itself and too many emails. Communication could have been better, more concise and accurate from the beginning. Also $450 for two old quiet dogs, yikes?

Labor Day weekend get away

Property manager never sent check in procedures in advance. I had to call on our drive in to get that info. Batteries in front door lock were dead and batteries in main living room remote were dead upon arrival. We bought batteries for the front door, but just switched out batteries in the remote from another remote in the house. Everything else was great! Nice lay out and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice quiet property

Great location nice property we really enjoyed our stay My only complaint is that you have to bring your own bed linens and bath towels or rent them We have stayed at many rental properties over the years and this is the first time we had to pay for bed linens and bath towels and wash clothes.

Extended Beach Weekend Vacation

Overall, the condo was very nice and extremely clean. There was plenty of room for everyone to have a comfortable stay. Be careful with parking. We accidentally parked in a residents spot and she went into a screaming rant at me and my family for parking in her spot. Even after I apologized and said I would move our cars immediately, she continued to yell and scream at me and my family. Be aware of this so you don't have to endure that for a honest mistake.

Awesome Vacation

Loved the rental! Beautiful, relaxing and way better than expected. Parking was a little confusing but once figured out all good! Pool was closed so littles were very sad. Would 100% stay her again!
