This lower level duplex cottage is only about 200 feet from the beach and has a moderate ocean view. Renting Pelican Place gives you access to a master suite with a king bed and full bath, a queen bed bedroom, and a bedroom with two double beds and a hall bathroom, offering a comfortable and spacious vacation for up to 6 guests! Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with comfortable living area with large plush sofas and small dining area. Everything was perfect as advertised, just carpet could have been a little cleaner. No big deal, though. Wish the sheets had been on the bed already, but I probably missed that in the listing.

First family vacation in Buxton.
The property was exactly as listed, actually we were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. House was nicely furnished and very clean. The view from the deck is amazing. We needed to contact the management to get a plunger for 1 of the toilets. Called they asked us we needed maintenance but i said no just a plunger and in a couple minutes we got the issue cleared. Check in was effortless. They text you the door code and you go right in. We will consider staying again.

Pelican Place 271 Was Wonderful
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really were super pleased with our stay at this rental. It was clean, comfortable, everything worked and had a nice partial view of the ocean. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a hot tub.
