The spacious outdoor area features a privacy fence, deck, hot and cold shower, gas grill, and ample seating.

Inside, the open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and island, and is stocked with dishware. The breakfast bar accommodates six, while the dining area seats nine. The cottage has three bedrooms with a king, queen, and two bunk beds. Additionally, it boasts a large sunroom, perfect for movie nights or family games, which can transform into a private fourth bedroom with a sleeper sofa.
