Welcome to Island Royale 503 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front condo is located on the 5th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. Follow us on FB "Gulf Shores By Owner."

The oversized private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from BOTH the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

Perfect for sunrise coffee, dolphin watching, and spectacular sunsets.

The room is very nice and clean. Love the convenience entrance to the beach and our unit. The unit is right off the elevator and a minute walk to the beach. I love the parking garage. We like to stay in the the same unit for the next trip.

Wonderful as always

Everything was fantastic. This is the only place that we stay for our mother/daughter vacation. It's perfect. Has everything you could need, beds are comfy, and the big balcony is our favorite place to relax. Close to everything. Jason is super and we never think about staying anywhere else. Can't wait to come back!

Excellent Stay!

We loved our condo! It was just the right size, clean, easy beach access, and loved it! Everyone was nice and the owners were great! They sent us great places to go and eat and do things at. My family and I will definitely be coming back and staying here again!

The condo is beautiful, the primary bedroom with the slider open makes for the best sleep. Waves and wind is the most refreshing. Breakfast on the balcony to sunrise is exceptional. We were pleased with parking, access to the beach, and geberal location in town. JOE the security guy was great also, helpful and so welcoming. Plenty of parking, although if you have a large vehicle it is tight. F250 might be an issue.

Perfect get away

This condo was just what we needed for a few days away. The condo is in a great location to everything in Gulf Shores. The Amenities in this condo were great. The recliner is very comfortable along with the bed. The balcony offers a great beach front view. I spent my morning sitting and watching the Sun rise and at night watching the moon light the ocean. I retired from 33 years in the fire service April 1,2026. I was diagnosed with cancer 7 days later. I am preparing to have a major cancer surgery within the next month. This place was just what I needed to get away for a few days. The owner is great and responds quick to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Me and my wife will definitely be back. I highly recommend booking this condo for your vacation.

My family and I have vacationed in Gulf Shores since 2000 and absolutely love the area and the great family feel. There are a lot of things to do from Waterville, The Track, Deep Sea Fishing, Pairasailing, Dolphin Cruises and Horseback riding. So many wonderful places to eat also. We would love to share our new condo with you and also help you with any questions you have about the area or main attractions. We hope you enjoy your stay!!!

Why they chose this property

Island Royale is one of our favorite places to stay. We enjoy the features the building has from its outdoor/indoor pool, sauna, steamroom and workout area. The condo is also located directly across from a convenience store which is great if you need snacks or for those early morning krispy kreme doughnuts.

What makes this property unique

The unit is beautifully decorated with a soothing beach theme. It really has a calm and relaxing feel inside. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The 5th floor balcony is high enough to have a really good view, but low enough that you have a good beach view. This unit is also located next door to one of our other condos which is great with large groups or multiple family gatherings.
