Neska is situated on a quiet street with destination traffic. You can park your car in this street. Neska is situated in a quiet urbanisation. The distance to the beach is 1000 meters. Neska is situated above street level. The entrance is on the first floor. You reach the entrance through short stairs upstairs. Neska is a semi-detached villa with a private swimming pool. Entrance: Here you find the living room, kitchen, dining room. Second floor  : Here you find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior of Neska is modern spanish and functional. The inside is a mix of different colours with a cosy atmosphere. Neska has a built surface of 160 square meters. You have to your disposal a designed garden. You find the swimming pool at the backside of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through short stairs downside. Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. Neska has disposal of a permanent stone bbq . This holdiay residence is very suitable for families because of the central position.On recuest air conditioning is available only in the dining room, one bedroom and the upstairs hallway where the bedrooms are.


Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.

Leider funktioniert nur die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich und in einem Schlafzimmer. 3 Schlafzimmer sind ohne Klimaanlage und ein Luftaustausch ist nicht möglich, trotz dass die Klimaanlage im OG auf vollen Touren läuft. Der Nachbar hat zeitweise von einem Familienmitglied einen aggressiven Hund, der ständig alles laut anbellt, egal ob Mensch, Tier oder Wind. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Stühle indoor und outdoor) und die Hollywood Schaukel sind defekt, müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Soviel zum Negativen, aber der Rest war echt in Ordnung : toll angelegter Garten, schicker Pool, moderne Ausstattung, Strandnähe, gute und nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schöner Standort für Ausflüge nach Girona, Barcelona oder die gesamte Costa Brava. Wer mit 2 vom 5 klimatisierten Räumen, häufigem Gebell vom Nachbarshund und einigen Abstrichen bei der Innenausstattung klar kommt, für den ist es ein ideales, wenn auch nicht gerade preisgünstiges Objekt für den Urlaub.

Très jolie Villa avec piscine privée

Belle villa avec piscine privée ensoleillée de 10 heures du matin jusqu'au soir. Villa spacieuse et propre. Atouts en plus : terrasse très agréable, balancelle, balançoire, barbecue, petite cabane dans les arbres pour les enfants. La ville de Palamos est très agréable, le marché le mardi est très bien. Petit magasin au coin de la rue. Je recommande cette villa
