Nice to have a home!
We travelled down from Canada to go to the Ark Encounter. This was a perfect place for us to stay at. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. There was my family and my parents in our group. The six of us had lots of space to eat and spread out. Each day of our trip was nice as we returned to the pool to cool off and relax. The location was about a half hour from the ark and half hour to the creation museum, so right in the middle. As well as close to the interstate and pretty easy to get to. The small town was friendly and had all we needed for restaurants or groceries. The neighbours were nice and it was a quiet neighbourhood. The glass firetop table was so relaxing and beautiful at the end of the day as it got dark. The first night there was no propane in the tank so I texted right away and that’s all I had to do and the problem was solved. They took care of it with no issues. It was great to know it was that easy to address a concern. It was a great stay. Was even a bonus of having great shampoo available, which was unexpected. Thanks for a great stay, it was nice to have a home for our trip!

This property is centrally located between the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and the Cincinnati Zoo. Also found some good restaurants in the area.

In the middle of the Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum , good location. Parking is a little tight if you have bigger vehicles or more than 2 cars. Good layout of the house, fit our needs.

Great Location
We came as a family to see the Ark & Creation Museum - this property is located about 1/2 way between the two locations - close to grocery stores (Kroger) huge store - gas stations - Walton city is a great little town - we would most definitely rent this property again!!!

Great Stay
The check in was a little upsetting ..told me my stay was all set ..then when I got there to get code to get in was told .. I didn't fill out welcome packet..I didn't get a welcome packet ..so had to wait about fifteen mins for that to come through my phone ..then had to wait for code ..than code didn't work finally got in ...over all the place was very cozy and felt like home .. I would recommend this place highly.
