“An incredible Stay! This place truly was a fantastic find for me and my family. A newly furnished family home with 6 bedrooms and huge amounts of communal space. Fab location too. The owner is also very welcoming and accommodating to suit needs.” Patel Family, London

Clean tidy house with everything we needed for a family weekend. Great location, plenty of space, and a house very easy to move around and accommodate 14 of us.Hot tub a great addition.Animals all around us in close fields were loved by the kids. Would definitely stay again.
This stunning home was the perfect venue for our family birthday surprise, far exceeding expectations with incredible, communicative hosts. The comfortable beds guaranteed rest, and the perfect hot tub provided ultimate relaxation against a backdrop of stunning scenery. We absolutely recommend this gem and would love to stay again!
Fantastic property, great size and location it accommodated myself and 9 friends perfectly. An added bonus was the hot tub! Would definitely recommend a visit to Frome Valley vineyard only a 15 minute uber ride away, really interesting and informative tour with wine tasting - essential to pre book. We ordered the Caribbean takeaway from the hosts and it didn’t disappoint! Lucy is a fantastic host, and we all said we’d love to return and would highly recommend the property to others.
Perfect for a large mixed group with an abundance of rooms that can be set up to work for families, couples or friends. The big open plan communal area was great and the games room and hot tub were real hits.
It was the perfect venue for our multi generational family gathering. Lucy was a very helpful and communicative host. The farmhouse was huge but still cosy. Well equipped kitchen. Huge table that comfortably seated 11 of us. Well heated and plenty of hot water. Super comfy beds and bed linen. Games room, toys, dvds, books. Clean and hot hot tub! In beautiful countryside with an easy walk to a waterfall and river. Actually on a farm and my grandchildren loved watching the sheep with their lambs, cows and pigs. It really was a fabulous stay and I highly recommend it.
Lovely property in rural location, everything we needed for a great weekend. Children loved seeing the cows close by! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.
We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay with 3 generations traveling the UK from the US. The property gave us plenty of room and the large kitchen was perfect for family breakfasts before exploring the area. Everyone from babies to toddlers to teens in our group enjoyed their time here. Very homey and welcoming.
We had a wonderful stay at Lucy's farmhouse. The house is very spacious and all the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. Communication was easy. Highly recommend!
We stayed here with family and friends; spacious house and garden so did not feel squashed with 8 adults and 6 kids. Friendly and helpful hosts. Good location for visiting local area. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful property only partially spoilt by the numerous paper signs with the copious house rules and check out process. A considerable amount of cleaning beyond what I would consider appropriate is asked of guests, particularly given the relatively early check out of 10am.On the other hand it is a lovely area, there is plentiful parking. The garden is enclosed however in part by a low wall and given the livestock around we did not feel comfortable letting our dog of leash but others may feel differently. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. There are several shared spaces, and each set of rooms has their own bathroom and so you have plenty of space overall.
Every possibility catered for in the kitchen. We were a large party of 13 - 7 adults and 6 children. So much space enabled snooker in one room, games in another, and quiet area. All bedrooms very spacious and well appointed. Lovely and warm at this time of year. Children found all the different staircases exciting. Also the hot tub was another adventure. A very enjoyable week away.
We had a fantastic stay at Lucy's property. Highlights included- Hot tub- Kind invite for the kids to meet some brand new lambs and piglets.Would recommend to all guests.
