This is a typical hotel that is one room and bathroom with a combo area for shower and vanity area. Doesn't feel clean since all the hallways and floor areas are open air. In the rooms it is IKEA decor, nice to look at but not great for wear and tear is starting to show

Ok hotel, not so good area.

The room itself and the staff was good, but it is located in a not so attractive area . You have to make your way through mopeds to enter the hotel and the entrance is up one stair. When you're inside it's ok. The room was clean and serviceed every day.

1군 가성비 숙소

(주변) district 1에 위치, 호텔 근처에 공구상들이 몰려있어 밤에 조용한 편. 괜찮은 로컬 까페나 편의점, 약국 등은 7-15분 도보 거리내 위치. 빈탄 시장이나 메인 광장 등은 걸어서 20분 정도 소요 (방) 엘리베이터 있고 꼭대기 층으로 예약. 같은 층에 2개 룸이 있고 샤워 욕실이 발코니에 개방되어 있는 구조. 욕실겸 변기 있는 곳이 옆방 욕실과 붙어 있지만 겹쳐 사용하는 때가 많지 않았음. 예민하신 분은 피하시길. 방에서는 조용. 에어컨 처음 틀면 작동 잘 안하는 것 같지만 곧 문제 없었고 뜨거운 물도 충분히 잘 나옴. 발코니에 간이 싱크대가 있어 손 닦는 곳이 두 곳이라 좋았음. 방에 거울이 없고 수건도 큰거 두 장만 제공되고 구석구석 먼지가 좀 있지만 방도 넓고 주변 숙소 조용해 가성비 괜찮은 곳이었음.

Had a decent stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and had basic amenities. Would say it's fairly value for money. My main gripe is with the air-conditioning - not only does it take a long time for the room to cool, it's not strong at all.

This is a great little property just on the edge of the heart of the city. Right smack dab in the middle of the city madness with good very local foods and every direction. They have a nice lobby/work area on the main floor reception seemingly always there feels very safe very clean and they have a very cool rooftop patio where you can work or even cook or even barbecue your own food.
