Todo muy bien

Hemos viajado en familia con dos niños de 14 y de 9 años. Las habitaciones un poco justas para el tema de maletas pero por todo lo demás genial. Una parada de metro cerca que comunicaba muy bien y el resto del hotel muy bien también. Si volvemos a Osaka miraríamos este hotel como una opción muy buena .

Very modern room which had everything you would need from a microwave and fridge, kitchen, coffee and tea and also all bathroom supplies. Authentic eateries nearby and a short walk to transport. Very easy to self check-in with good instructions provided. Would stay here again.

Very clean, and check in was very easy. The room is very high tech, which is cool, but better instructions on how to use the washing machine and the bathtub would have been helpful. Also, the motion light in the hallway is pretty obnoxious at night for the others that are sleeping.

Love this place ! It was the perfect distance away from the crowd but yet easy to get to the main areas like Dotombori, Osaka castle, and other shopping eateries nearby. The place had a washing machine, rooms were clean almost everyday. Definitely will be staying at this place on our next visit to Osaka.

Adorei, muito espaçosa e funcional, nao tem recepção mas ate esquema para deixar suas malas ja foi pensado e mesmo assim tem limpeza todos os dias. Os comandos pela alexa funcionam bem e perto da estação de metro/trem. Tinha leve poeira na parece. Voltaria com certeza!

Despite a slow start due to using touch pad for checking in process where I had to WRITE on screen instead of typing in details, the room was spacious compared with other hotels in Japan and very clean. Great amenities inside the room including the projector and nice bath. Will be more than happy to stay there again on our next visit to Osaka!
