I’m not usually an all-inclusive type of traveler, but this resort was a great fit for us. The property never felt crowded, the beach was wide and relaxing, and we liked having the flexibility to eat only what we wanted instead of feeling tied to buffet meals all day. Service throughout the stay was very good and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. The only downside was that there was really only one beachfront restaurant option nearby, Jellyfish Restaurant. The food there was just okay. We ended up taking Ubers to local restaurants several times, which worked out well and gave us better dining options. Recommend Citrus. From the condo to Citrus was about $15 US. By Uber

Family friendly, staff very nice and friendly, 3 pools to choose from only one of them was 2 days not clean good/enough. Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10 days. On the beach not enough chairs/ Louges or umbrellas but go around 9 and place a towel so you can save your umbrella spot. In the area a lot of constructions and traffic. Restaurants and stores around super expensive.

Great place to stay if you want to avoid crowded resorts. Great location on the beach and footsteps away from multiple excursions and restaurants. If you find Ismael on the beach he will help you coordinate any excursions. Ismeal WhatsApp +1 829 369 7797. He isn't connected to the resort he coordinates excursions.

Excelente estadía. El apartamento es espectacular: impecablemente limpio, cómodo, muy bien ubicado y con áreas comunes muy bien cuidadas. La piscina, el área de ping-pong y el restaurante cercano hicieron la experiencia aún mejor, especialmente para los niños. La atención y seguridad fueron excelentes; El único punto a mencionar, entendiendo que es un fenómeno natural, fue el sargazo en la playa durante nuestra visita, lo que limitó disfrutar del mar. Quizás un mayor esfuerzo de limpieza en la costa podría ayudar a mejorar la experiencia. Aun así, volveríamos sin duda.
