    Bedroom door so hard to open, wash machine can’t use because door lock handle broken , safe box not working at all (no battery) and 1 bedroom air condition leaking water.

    Property is dirty and photos on expedia does not reflect the state and condition. Towels were black, air con was warm, literally i had to book another apartment as it was terrible. The property name is "LANCASTER".
