Unhygienic room

Absolutely not an amazing stay. The accommodation was not clean. Ants all over floor and beds, smelly bathroom. Very disappointed.

It is a neat little community style set up with a sort of villa feel to it and has close access to the beach.

Great location. Steps to a gorgeous beach.

Surprised Aqualuna did not look like the pictures on line or in the brochure. Needs a lot of maintenance!! Really dated! The washing machine on our floor would not wash, after soap & water filled the tub. We called reception, & were told a maintenance man would look into it. No maintenance man ever showed up. We took matters into our own hands. Wrung out our clothes by hand. Then tried a different machine on another floor. This machine washed OK, but the rinse cycle would not spin. Despite all that, I must say the view from our room was spectacular. It was wonderful having a balcony.

Aqualuna was a wonderful quiet escape - easy walk to the beach - almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. I was a bit thrown by the lack of reception - it can be nice when there is a face to face experience, part of the customer experience. Did appreciate the fact that it put a pleasant resort into our price range. thoroughly enjoyable stay.

a run-down joint which should not be advertised as a RESORT. Upon arrival a sticker on the reception: self contained apartments and that has been the case for at least 2 years according to people running the petrol station right next to it. No security, so one night police had to come to control unruly guests.

Check in was easy. They send me a text message the day of check in with all the information I needed for my stay. Great communication from hotel. The villa was clean and tidy. There is a restaurant on the premises, tennis court, swimming pools, gym and beach is a short walk away. Will stay here again.

It was a fantastic 2 bedroom unit with 3 balconies and ocean views. A lovely place to stay, with access to the beach and good facilities. The fridge looked like it had encountered some very disrespectful guests recently, with surface damage, there was some other damages from seaside living or damaging guests, but still serviceable. Unfortunately the dryer and dishwasher were out of order with no communication about it, so we had to find out the hard way. And the automatic spraying air freshener was too intense and we had to put it outside until we were going, haha. The communication and check in processes were really good. The room and linen ect were clean and well set up. We would stay here again.

There were a few maintenance issues., which were brought up to the host. Otherwise the room far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, and well presented. Communication was A . Very quick to respond, and very professional.
