I think the way Wecostay works should be communicated well before the check-in day. i.e.; No personnel at front desk. Remember that foreigners might want to see and talk to humans and not through emails. So it was quite weird when I checked-in. The signs on the wall and hanging posters and the information in the emails are contradictory until one understands that there are many hotel in the building. Besides all that, very cool place!

The room was spacious and clean. The only issue we had was trying to use some of the technology in the room as everything was written in Korean. The check in was easy and convenient. I enjoyed my stay here.

Very organized. You're emailed all the information including the room code the morning before you check in. There is also a code for storage so you can store your luggage before or after check-in. Rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. There was a washing machine with detergent included. I was very impressed during my stay.

Great 5-night stay

Place was very clean and comfortable. Building is close to a subway station, with easy access to the bus terminal if you have plans to travel to other cities in Korea. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores. It was nice to have a washing machine, and a kitchenette. Both are very handy if your stay is longer. There is no reception desk onsite, but management are quick to respond to your queries. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

We stayed at the WeCoStay Gangnam for 7 days this past week. Overall we really enjoyed it and I would stay again on my next trip. We liked the Seocho area, it felt less touristy than other areas of town and was an easy walk to the subway. Many food options within a 5 min walk. We loved the heated floors and toilet. We'd return after a cold January day and feel the warm right away. It took us a while to figure out all the lights and the oven area was the microwave - it's a very hi tech room. We liked the large tv where we could watch Youtube and other apps. Shower was nice, though that area was a bit small. It could benefit from some hooks in the bathroom, as there was no place to put your clothes. Beds were comfortable and we loved the large walk in closet. It could use some more hangers though. We had exactly 2 sets of dishes in the kitchen - which is fine, but some normal drinking glasses would have been a nice addition. We had no issues going to the supply closet and getting new towels or TP as we need it. The construction going on next door wasn't really an issue inside, the only other noises were heard from were from floor. We'd hear hammering early in the morning or guests in other rooms who were loud but overall, pretty quiet.

We stayed here because we were coming from Geoje and it was about a 10 minute walk from Nambu Bus Terminal and close to two metro lines so it was easy to get around to other places in Seoul. It was a comfortable and very nice room with easy check-in and check-out. Quick and easy communication as well. Highly recommend staying here!
