Overall it was a great stay. My only complaint is 1 out of the 3 treadmills and ellipticals worked in the gym and there were small bugs here and there throughout the apartment. Otherwise, check in was a breeze and security was friendly and helpful

The property was nice with a clean pool, but very poor customer service. We were greeted with hostility upon arriving at the accommodation, taking over 30 mins to retrieve our booking details. Moreover, receptionist barely understood any English and there were charges for basic amenities and services such as towels and bed sheets. Great view and pool, but wouldn't recommend if looking for an all inclusive accomodation.
