Staff is excellent. Location is great. Apartment on the first floor in front of a construction site that is a mosquito’s nest. Mosquitos invaded the room in the first night, so we bought repelent for the second night. Furniture is old also. We would get back to Il Campanário but in another apartment.

O hotel tem somente ar frio, não tem ar quente, estamos em pleno inverno no sul, estava 14graus dentro do quarto e não possuem nenhum aparelho de aquecimento.

A limpeza do quarto foi excelente. Nossa decepção foi em relação a não ter ar condicionado quente nos quartos, viemos no inverno porque não gostamos de muito movimento mas fomos surpreendidos quando o funcionário disse que “infelizmente não tem ar quente no quarto porque o hotel é muito antigo”.

Tudo ótimo. De acordo com as fotos. Local agradável. Roupa de cama e banho de qualidade. Cama e chuveiro bom. Ponto fraco: Embora seja um hotel para famílias com crianças, a comida infantil é terrível. Melhor comer fora do hotel. Pedi uma pene com filé e a massa veio dura, seca e a carne de quinta categoria, além de cara. Não deu pra comer.

Hotel confortável

O hotel tem muitas comodidades para quem tem filhos e é bem perto da praia e de vários restaurantes, mas os corredores e o quarto cheiravam a mofo. Claramente faltava alguma solução para a umidade no local. Nos dois primeiros dias ficamos com reação alérgica. Além disso, o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava.

Hotel é Excelente... porém os funcionários PÉSSIMOS... atrasou meu check-in em 30 minutos... isso q estava esperando 1 hora antes do inicio do check-in... me deram 1 hora no check-out e Advinha uma funcionária ligou no quarto falando q estava atrasado pelo check-out... Putzzz PÉSSIMA ADM!!! Infelizmente
