Be warned: extremely uncomfortable beds

Good location. Modern apartment and super spacious but really a bit haggered. Unfortunately the bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Upon entering the property we were greeted by friendly staff. Our room was inviting and clean. The only thing is that our room overlooked a busy street. As another reviewer mentioned the noise of the street was noticeable, so if you're a light sleeper this could be bothersome. We only stayed a few hours from 5am until noon since this was a temporary room for us, so I don't know how much noise from the street there would be at night. Overall a great place to stay and I would stay again.

Really enjoy the apartment except the discrepancies regarding how the check in instructions would be given. Expedia says the property would email the check in instructions, whereas the property used WhatsApp.

Great Location and Stay

The stay was great and location is top notch.. The only drawback is that we could not get any of the TV's to work. We really did not use them so it was not a big deal but at some points we did not want to use.

The property was amazing check in process was super easy the people there are amazing Priscilla was great the only thing if we had to complain about something which wasn't that big a deal for us was there is a club Behind the building they can get pretty loud for some folks I guess but we use the air conditioner in the apartment that was provided and kind of drowned out all the noise coming from outside but other than that this place is fantastic perfect location and you come to the city to walk around and see things so this is right in the center of everything you want to see and do restaurants are nearby bars and nightlife is nearby sightseeing attractions are walkable everything about this place was awesome especially the people will absolutely stay there again and recommend very highly

Good location. Quite safe. In the corner of an intersection and right in front of a night club. During the weekend can get very loud. We slept with our fan on as white noise to help with the noisy environment. I think for the price there may be better options. But overall pretty ok. Flexible check in and great communication with staff.

I recently stayed at Medellin 148 in CDMX, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations based on the pictures. While the space had potential, it really needs some attention and fixing up. The condition of the place wasn’t quite as described, and certain areas could use a little more care. Additionally, the location is in a very loud area, with nonstop noise throughout the night, making it hard to get a good rest. Overall, place is in a busy area so if your looking for quiet this might not be it but for the price makes it fair.

Beautiful Stay in Roma

Exceptionally clean and spacious stay in Roma- walking distance to all major restaurants and bars of Roma and Condesa neighborhoods. Coffee shops and stores close by should you need anything. Great security and easy check-in and check-out, opportunity to store bags as well. Only con: There is a rooftop club close by- and on the weekends the music from club was very loud. If you are a night owl and planning to be out late on Friday/Saturday then this isn't an issue (or if you are there during the week), but if you are looking to get some sleep- expect loud music until 2/3 AM on Friday and Saturday

La propiedad, está bien. Sin embargo hay un bar en frente de la propiedad en el que la fiesta no para hasta las 5 am. Y no hay aislantes de sonido y esto puede molestar a las personas que no tienes sueño profundo. Pero está bien equipada y me parece un precio justo por lo que ofrecen.

Muy cómoda la habitación, muy bien ubicada cerca de muchos restaurantes y cafés. Podría mejorarse con algún tapete y ajustar un poco el calentador de agua. Pero muy buena experiencia en general.

Leider entsprach das Apartment nicht den Bildern auf der Expedia Website - Bettwäsche war dreckig und das Bad recht heruntergekommen. Ich habe mir ein neues Hotel gebucht - die Kommunikation jedoch verlief sehr gut.
