We had an excellent stay. Room was spacious and clean, kitchenette was quite useful when traveling with a 1 year old. Swimming pool is small but nice and not busy. Reception was friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to equip the kitchenette with some essentials like washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc. which we had to buy and leave behind.

Fab hotel with parking just outside the historic centre of Colmar, which is a lovely 10 minute walk. Nice buffet breakfast and staff friendly. We would stay here again.

Nice place, well located

Nice place a short walk from the old part of town . The breakfast was very good, varied and plentiful. We had a second floor room accessible only by stairs which might be an issue for some. Car parking must be reserved as it gets full.

Great location

Great location, apartment was lovely and perfect for a family of four. Only downside was the parking, you have to reserve it prior to arriving, option wasn’t available when I made the booking and parking in the area is hard to come by. Other than that a great stay and would use the hotel again.

Poor

This Hotel cannot be recommended. They were unable to provide the type of room we had booked. Instead of fronting up and acknowledging they put us in a cheaper, smaller, lower standard room that was not fit for purpose. When confronted the Manager did accept the problem and agreed to sort out compensation for the error. In spite of direct contact and the involvement of Hotels.com there has been no attempt to correct their error. They should be removed from the Hotels.com property list.

Generally ok, but not great. The bath could have been a bit newer. There was a missing bed set for the first night (because the reception is closed from 22:00-7:00). The pool area wasn't to clean in detail and very limited space for changing cloths and also the pool itself was pretty small - just for 3-4 people, if you don't know each other. We wouldn't pick the hotel again mainly because of the location, close to a large street with four tracks.

Wow what a place. The hotel wonderful. The staff are welcoming and so polite. Our room was so spacious and clean. There is an indoor pool which was very welcome but very popular with guests. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Colmar is stunning. So much to see. We loved Little Venice.

Das Appartement, welches wir hatten, hatte wenig Charme. Das Bad war zwar groß, aber ohne Ablage, mitten im Raum eine Dusche mit Vorhängen. Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Laut Hotelwebsite gibt es modernere Zimmer, bei der Buchung sollte man darauf achten. Frühstück war okay, Parken mit Reservierung und Gebühr vor Ort möglich. Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah.

Äußerlich modernes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage und eigenem Parkplatz (13€ pro Tag). Die Zimmer sind recht abgewohnt, es gibt keinen geraden Schrank und nur malädierte Möbel und Boden, leider so auch im Bad. Wenigstens war allws sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist gut, nicht außergewöhnliches, aber für jeden was dabei.

Fantastic hotel choice

Loved our rooms! We had the top floor with big skylight windows. The air conditioning worked great which is huge! The rooms were very clean and spacious. Our kids were excited to swim in the indoor pool too. The location was perfect for exploring Colemar which was just a few minutes walk away. We had a vehicle but the onsite parking was sold out when we arrived (so try to book that in advance if you are able) but the lady at the front desk had a good suggestion for another one that was about a 10 min walk away which worked just fine for us. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, great price, location, and clean and bright.

God beliggenhed. Hyggeligt sted. 4 var på stedet i 5 dage, og på intet tidspunkt blev der gjort rent. Vi måtte selv tømme affaldsspanden og bede om nye håndklæder. Ellers var hotellet en god oplevelse. Det ligger lige ved siden af den hyggelige, gamle bymidte

Wir nutzen immer gerne die Unterkünfte von Odalys. Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Ein bisschen umständlich ist derZugang zum Schwimmbad. Man benötigt die Schlüsselkarte. Andererseits benötigt man die aber auch für Strom auf dem Zimmer. Ein bisschen unverschämt finde ich es 10 Euro pro Hund und Übernachtung zu fordern. Wir haben 40 Euro extra bezahlen müssen. Das Zimmer wird aber nur am Ende des Aufenthalts gereinigt. Trotzdem nutzen wir Odalys immer gerne.

Un des studio était très bien. L'autre était beaucoup plus petit et très mal climatisé (exposition) , limite. Le matin, une employée de la société de nettoyage (externe) avec son robot nettoyeur défectueux extrèmement bruyant (> 90 db) nous a carrément chassé de la réception alors que les clients dans les chambres étaient réveillés et appelaient la réception pour se plaindre : inadmissible.
