While it is not much of a hotel, in that there is not much service provided, the rooms are very good for the price, there is a pool, parking is easy, and you are close to the old town for much less cost than most places

Good location, poor staff service.

Shower is very small and lighting very minimal in the kitchenette area. There is no drop off area but when we parked in the handicap zone for 10 min, the concierge abruptly informed us that we should not be parking there. Also, when my wife was entering the hotel with the luggage, one of the hotel staff didn't even hold the door for her. Also, the AC doesn't stay on for more then 30 min, requesting you to push the on button every 30 min which is not convenient during the night especially when you are in heat wave period. It was 35C every day during our stay. Staff never smiles or said hello. We observed and witness arguments between staff on a few occasions. Overall cleanliness was under our expectations.

Close to historic centre

Great hotel. Parking for vehicles on site or free on the street (I believe cost was 8 euro on hotel site). Friendly staff that spoke English as well as French obviously. Easy walk to the historic centre (10 min walk). A little difficult to find, the hotel is off the main road (on the east side). Overall beautiful town, great hotel and friendly service.

This Hotel cannot be recommended. They were unable to provide the type of room we had booked. Instead of fronting up and acknowledging they put us in a cheaper, smaller, lower standard room that was not fit for purpose. When confronted the Manager did accept the problem and agreed to sort out compensation for the error. In spite of direct contact and the involvement of Hotels.com there has been no attempt to correct their error. They should be removed from the Hotels.com property list.
