とても便利でした。

TGV駅からのシャトルバス停からも近く、モノプリやカルフールも徒歩2〜3分。街の中心にも近く、とても便利でした。ツアーは大体ツーリストオフィス前集合なので近くて便利でした。 電子レンジやお皿、ワイングラスなどキッチン用品が一通り揃っているので、（IHコンロもありましたが、使いませんでした。）マルシェで買ったお惣菜を温めたりと便利でした。部屋の掃除やゴミ捨てを自分でやるのが面倒に思いましたが、ちょっと暮らしているような雰囲気を味わえました。

Pros: room was a great size and had everything I needed Con: shower was very small, mattress was quite hard, neighbors were very loud between 2-4 am (you can hear everything through the doors/walls with them opening and slamming doors), there was half eaten food in the fridge and freezer.

Hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan, epäselvä esittely

Edullinen, mutta epäselvä esittelyteksti. Kyseessä on huoneistohotelli, jossa oma keittiö, ja roskien vienti suoritetaan sakon uhalla itse. Ilmastointi ei ollut päällä, koska oli vielä kevät (päivisin yli 25 celsiusta…), mutta ilma ei vaihtunut huoneessa mitenkään. Huoneessa kuuma ja kostea ilma, jossa pyyhkeet eivät kuivuneet. Toinen virkailija sanoi, että asiaa hoidetaan, mutta mitään ei tapahtunut vierailumme aikana. Erittäin ahdas vessa. Näin 190cm pitkänä en mahtunut kuin peruuttamalla pöntölle. Sijainti todella hyvä, lähellä bussipysäkkiä ja keskustaa! Henkilökunta myös auttavainen. Auton saa parkkihalliin reilun 15€:n päivähinnalla.

The bathroom: It was quite small. One of the light bulbs was "dead". The mechanism that supported the shower head was broken and it was not possible to adjust the height - if you raised it, it just fell to the bottom of the pole. There was no telephone in the room. To contact reception, you had to physically attend in person. The reception was not attended 24 hours a day. It turned out that the waste bin in the room was supposed to be emptied by the occupants - by taking the content to waste skips 30m from the front door of the "hotel". Optional breakfast (cereals, continental breakfast, etc.) was expensive at 10 euros per person. Local cafes were half the price. Reserved parking in the underground garage was expensive at 15.40 euros per night. Good point(s): the town centre was only a few minutes away, including shops, cafes, restaurants and the bus station.

Extrêmement décevant. Difficulté d’entrée à la résidence en dehors des horaires restreint de l’accueil, plusieurs tentantives d’envoyer des messages pour avoir des codes d’accès laissées sans réponse. Le personnel indique qu’ils ont envoyé 2 fois les codes sans jamais les avoir reçu. Pour un séjour de 10 jours, ils indiquent que vous avez droit au ménage seulement 1 fois (propreté laisse in désirée) et ils offrent 2 petits flacons de gel mais si vous aurez besoin de plus il y a des frais supplémentaires (sans jamais indiquer ceci sur l’offre au moment de réservation). À la fin ils indiquent que vous devriez sortir les poubelles et fais la vaisselle. (Heureusement qu’ils n’ont pas demandé de leur faire aussi le ménage, pour ne pas me déranger du séjour). Quand on demande si ces pratiques sont habituelles car en étant voyageur d’affaires fréquent, ils répondent sèchement que c’est les pratiques des appartements hôtels et que je devrais me renseigner. Personnel extrêmement désagréable et séjour d’affaire qui ne répond pas aux attentes.

Large bedroom, very poor en-suite bathroom

I had a pleasant four-day stay in Aix. The large bedroom and kitchen facilities were fine but the en-suite bathroom was the worst I have experienced. The w.c. was so close to the door that it was impossible to close the door while sitting on the w.c. The large water heater was above the w.c. and dangerously low so that I frequently banged my head on it. The shower was squeezed into the corner and the shower curtain was fitted so that it was impossible to have a shower and prevent water falling on the floor.

Tiny Home Away from Home, You Make Bed/Coffee etc.

Rather beat up & not especially clean mini studio in an excellent location, steps away from bus station, train station, the Rotonde, & sidewalk restaurants. Pros: good water pressure, hot water, dual elevators, clean linens, plenty of outlets, good WiFi. Cons: dirty kitchen, some desk staff unfriendly, dusty, funky microwave, some street noise.

Très déçu

La notion de propreté est à revoir. Un coin cuisine (électroménager + vaisselle) dans un état lamentable, très sale ! Après demande de nettoyage à la réception, le strict minimum a été fait et la vaisselle était toujours sale. L'hôtel ne le mentionne pas sur l'annonce mais il ne nettoie pas la cuisine entre les clients de la chambre, rétention volontaire d'informations ! Je passe rapidement sur les draps et serviettes tachées (bénéfice du doute sur la propreté du linge) Unique point vraiment positif : Parking en sous-sol et localisation très satisfaisante.
