The property was not up to the standards regarding price and comfortably. Only by entering the room you could notice that it was not even close to the pictures they have online. It was dirty and ugly. The kitchen was falling apart, you could see how the sink was stabilized with 4 small pieces of brick in the edges. Now, the bathroom was horrible, it was dirty, the floor tiles were broken and the faucet was not proportionate to the size of the sink, so it was really uncomfortable to brush your teeth or wash your face. Also, each time you bathed, the water would splash all over the place, leaving the floor soaking wet. The windows of the property were dusty and had a lot of spider webs. The curtains looked like a piece of bed sheet hanging on the ceiling. The location of the property was far from downtown but it had a metro station nearby.

So hot. Not realizing the whole building No AC installed. I have to check out 3 days prior my flight. I had to book another hotel which has AC available. I would not recommend this property on summer time. And yet, far away from the city center. Was too traffic and spend too much money for Uber

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres, donc, en Ă©tĂ©, obligation d'ouvrir les fenĂȘtres avec les nuisances sonores. Personnel accueillant (rĂ©ception, petit-dĂ©jeuner). Petit-dĂ©jeuner suffisant mais pas de plats chauds (oeufs, bacon, ...)

Stedet ligger perfekt i fht.metroen. man kan tage gul M1 linjen som ligger fÄ min gang fra hotellet, og komme langs alle sevÊrdigheder til Seinen. Personalet i receptionen er venlige. Billederne ligner pÄ ingen mÄde virkeligheden. RengÞringen var mangelfuld og selvom vi havde meldt vores ankomst tidspunkt, ventede vi nÊsten 1 time pÄvÊrelset, fordi det ikke var rengjort. Der var utrolig meget larm fra gaden bÄde om dagen og natten, fra trafikken og bar-livet! Hotelt var bl.a valgt fordi der stod at der var "stÞjreduceret" sÄ hvis det passer, vil vi ikke vide hvordan det havde lydt uden stÞjreduceringen. MÞrkelÊgningsgardinerne var et hit. Dobbeltsengen var god, men sovesofaen kunne vÊre bedre. Dobbeltdynerne er bÄde og. Lejligheden var stor, men indretningen var kold og kedelig, det ville klÊde vÊrelserne at fÄ lidt parisisk charme og personlighed. Hvis man skal ud og opleve Paris hele dagen og kun bruge lejligheden til overnatning, virker det fint, specielt hvis man har Þrepropper med.

O tamanho e a qualidade do quarto nos surpeendeu. Infelizmente, a agua quente acabou Ă  noite, sĂł no Ășltimo dia entendemos que o aquecimento Ă© do proprio ap. A localização Ă© maravilhosa, com muitas opçoes de restaurantes, padarias e lojinhas. Tem atĂ© uma feira livre de frutas e verduras nas quintas-feiras que adoramos. We arrived at the property and the doors are locked, the receptionist inside, we were told straight away the room clean is not included although the room description has room cleaning included in price, then as we enter from the hallways the place is right and very dirty. We entered the apartment with the door broken and the place is completely different to the advertised images. Everything you touch covered in grime. Pieces of wall fallen off near the bed and they never bothered to paint the wall when they changed the bed board. We barely managed to open the double bed for the kids and we soon realised we are feeling very unsafe in this location. Went downstairs after debating after an hour and let the new receptionist know that the place is dirty and clearly not as advertised as their photos. We took photos as evidence. We had to book another hotel immediately to replace this booking. The lady said they have other better rooms but they are fully booked but the room rate is non refundable even though I explained it doesn’t match their advertised photos. I am glad we left straight away as we felt increasingly unsafe in this location. Do not trust the photos. They were maybe taken 50 years ago. Today photos are nowhere near the reality

Bien situé et agréable

L’hĂŽtel est bien situĂ©, le quartier est calme et le mĂ©tro proche. Les personnes de l’accueil sont tres agrĂ©ables et serviables. Arrivant un dimanche soir j’ai eu les instructions pour entrer et rĂ©cupĂ©rer maa carte la veille et tout s’est bien passĂ©. Le studio est propre correctement Ă©quipĂ©, il manque des prises dans la partie espace de vie et l’insonorisation n’est pas des mieux si vos voisins sont bruyants. Mais j’ai bien apprĂ©ciĂ© mon sĂ©jour et reviendrai volontiers.

Estuve una semana y me pareciĂł excelente, muy tranquilo, ordenado, fĂĄcil acceso. En los alrededores hay supermercados y lugares para comer, con el metro a 200 metros que lleva al centro en menos de 30 minutos. Vale la pena. El Ășnico detalle es la limpieza de las habitaciones que no se hace a diario.

Dit was de eerste keer dat ik een hotelkamer had met een keukentje erin. Er was serviesgoed, een koelkast, een magnetron en een waterkoker. Het bed was uitstekend. Er was geluid van buiten van de autoweg en de kroeg om de hoek, maar dat hoort nu eenmaal bij een grote stad. Het ontbijt is prijzig, maar er zit een fantastische bakker honderd meter verderop in de straat en er zijn twee supermarkten. Enige punt van kritiek is dat ze niet scheutig zijn met het vervangen van de handdoeken. Verder helemaal goed.

Au niveau localisation difficile Ă  trouver, sachant que nous avons dĂ» arriver plutĂŽt de 7h15 jusqu'Ă  8h45 pas moyen d'entrer dans l'Ă©tablissement dehors en bordure de rue avec les enfants aucun moyen de joindre la structure, la personne d'accueil arrive Ă  9h00 et daigne s'occuper de nous Ă  11h30 et on rentre en appartement Ă  12h15 pas moyen de contacter l'Ă©tablissement, un numĂ©ro d'urgence ou tu peux laisser un message et jamais on ne te rappelle, les photos sur internet ne correspondent pas Ă  l'Ă©tablissement, et la rĂ©servation que nous avions fait n'avait rien Ă  voir Ă  ce que nous avons trouvĂ© en vrai trĂšs déçue l'accueil de la clientĂšle laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer pas de communication, Hormis le personnel de mĂ©nage qui Ă©tait trĂšs aimable en nous jetant des petits sourires, pas de serviettes de rechange pendant 3 jours on a dĂ» utiliser les mĂȘmes jusqu'au jour du dĂ©part, 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 4 personnes pendant 3 jours le dernier jour on n'avait du aller s'acheter d'autres.. Par respect pour la structure je me rĂ©serve le droit de prendre la photo..mais la prochaine fois je crois que j'enregistrais tout.

Vaikka majoituspaikan tiedoissa lukee kielitaitoinen henkilökunta niin valitettavasti vain respan naiset ( 2 ) osasivat englantia ja yksi nuorempi nainen. Aamupala en suosittele on aika kÀmÀnen, tosin voit kyllÀ itse tehdÀ oman aamupalan studiossa. Josta löytyy kaikki tarvittava. YöllÀ ja aamulla oli lattia jÀÀtÀvÀn kylmÀ ikkunan vieressÀ johtuen parvekkeesta ja ettÀ pieni patteri oli toisella seinÀllÀ.

Hotel muito confortĂĄvel, tem atĂ© uma ĂĄrea como uma cozinha, Ăłtima para comprar no mercado e preparar no quarto, super confortĂĄvel Ăłtimo para descansar, o Ășnico problema Ă© que todo barulho da rua vc escuta, entĂŁo se vc tem sono leve esqueça, vai dormir mal. Caso esse nĂŁo seja seu problema, serĂĄ perfeito! O hotel fica hĂĄ uns 7 min da estação de metrĂŽ. Vc chega em todo lugar.

This was a horrible experience. The staff, INES, was very kind and very sweet. Everything else was horrible. They claimed to only clean once a week. They didn't do that. We had to go and tell them to clean after a week was up. They also didn't replenish our toiletries. We ran out of tissue and they told us we had to buy our own since we were there for so long. If anything because we were there so long it should have been automatic. The doors were broken and entry was hard. Staff was not available when needed. They weren't there during the night hours and because we were international we couldn't call on our cell phones and there were no phones on premise to call anyone. they had an emergency number but no phones to use to call that number. We had roaches in our room and the towels were only replaced once during our 13 day stay. This was a nightmare. And there were so many other problems it just doesn't make sense. They need to redo their whole concept or close shop. Also the pictures that were on the internet of the surrounding areas were all lies. There was another person who wouldn't even come in the hotel one night because there were 3 big rats in front of the doors. We saw rats every night. This place is a nightmare.
