Deuxième séjour un peu moins bon que le premier. Chaise de bureau cassée qui a blessé quand on l'a déplacée. Chambre mal préparée, il y avait une tâche sur le lavabo de la salle de bain. Une seule paire de pantoufles alors que nous étions 2. La boîte de mouchoirs était à moitié vide. Même avec le badge "Do not disturb", la femme de ménage est entrée et nous a même réveillé un matin. La chambre n'était pas très bien agencée.

Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a significant impact on our experience. They not only accommodated but thoughtfully executed the special request I had made regarding our room and bathroom, which was deeply appreciated. The option for online check-in was a convenient touch, making the arrival process seamless and hassle-free. Additionally, the cleanliness of the property was impeccable—every corner was spotless, which further enhanced the comfort and luxury of our stay. Overall, this stay exceeded all expectations, and I will undoubtedly be returning when I visit France again.
