The condo suited our needs very well: clean, comfortable, perfect location, and building gym and indoor parking were a bonus. The condo was as advertised. The hosts were generally responsive and pleasant. One issue arose with a difficult and delayed check in given miscommunication between the host and concierge/security. Breathtaking night view of Toronto's financial district from a height of 170 m

It is from this height that you will watch the vanity fair of Canadian banks - who has the tallest skyscraper. Turning your head to the left on the balcony, you look at the beautiful CN Tower. To the right there is an eternal traffic jam on Gardiner Express Way. Getting anywhere by public transport is easy. Union Station is 5 minutes on foot. Want to buy groceries? Directly from the condo, through an underground passage, you get to the large Longo's supermarket on the opposite side of York Street. If you like to watch TV, Samsung 60" is at your service. A hockey match, a pop singer's concert? You won't be in the stands at Scotia Arena in 10 minutes after you leave your apartment. You are simply in the center of everything. The only drawback is that if you have a large family, there will not be enough space here. The result is 99% superiority.

Incredible!

Beautiful, thoughtfully designed and organized condo in an unbeatable location. Everything, from the induction cooktop, ample wardrobe/storage space, cleaning supplies to crisp linens, feels like a treat to use. Most consumable supplies have also been thought of and provided, so it made the first few days (of my longer term stay) very relaxed as I got settled in. The space was immaculately clean when I arrived, so I felt immediately comfortable as well. I also never experienced any issues with noise, from neighbouring units or from traffic/people outside, even though it gets nice and lively on the weekends. The host is very responsive - super quick to answer any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fab flat close to Ryerson

We were in Toronto to move our daughter into Ryerson. Philip and Anthony’s apartment was the perfect launch pad! Perfectly appointed, the apartment was spotless and included considerate touches like coffee, milk, OJ and breakfast staples.
