Close to the Vatican!W

We had the hotel arrange for pickup at the airport because the hotel would very difficult to find on your own.The hotel is basically six rooms on the second floor of a building with many tenants both commercial and residential.There is no external sign denoting the name of the hotel!We liked everything in the room,no complaints whatsoever!

Great location

The location of this hotel is great, far exceeds my expectation. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet, I feel very safe and comfortable walking into the building. Riccardo and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I thought breakfast is included but it's not, however there's coffee machine, snacks in the room for our use. There's a big delicious deli just 2 minutes walk to the right, which serves great pastries, pasta, sandwiches, all kinds of coffee. Maybe Riccardo can recommend that one, thanks.

COMFORTABLE guest room in GREAT LOCATION

Ricardo the manager/owner welcomed me in an email within days of booking. He confirmed my time of arrival & room booked, so he can meet me to arrange entry to the premises & offer shuttle for 60 euros. I choose a shuttle service but upon arrival Ricardo advised there is a shuttle called "Bus Shuttle" that picks up & drops off within 200m's of room, so should use this for home. I advised Ricardo the trip is a 25th yr anniversary trip & advice required for where to eat. We were happily surprised with the mini wine in our frig as a gift. We forgot to buy an adapter to charge our iphones & toothbrush, and he offered to lend us his adapter with no additional charge. Room had memory foam mattress and pillows, as well as regular pillows. We like our room cold, so air conditioning worked well, and we used the extra blanket in the closet. Women will appreciate the full length mirrored closet doors. We upgraded to the DELUXE room, and it is the gold room shown in the photos. There are 2 rain shower heads & 2 hand shower options, one in each corner of the shower, so two can shower at the same time if you want to save time. Washroom included a stocked mini frig with sparkling and distilled water, &/ juice. Some T.V. shows could be converted, with language button, to audio, English. There was also a single bed to right of double bed, which you do not see in the photo. Room was a great size. Classic old Lift fit 3 people & 2 large suitcases. Would definitely recommend & book again!

Nice rooms. Was cleaned daily and given little treats and coffee. Has air conditioning and wifi- although it cuts out. Make sure you arrange a check in time before you get there because there isnt someone around often. The place was really hard to find at first as well. There are many places to eat and shopping all around as well as only about 10 min walk to Vatican City (book online so you don't have to wait in a 3hr line).

Excellent stay near the Vatican

When we arrived, we were very well welcomed by Riccardo, he was very kind and helpful in giving us the best tips four our stay in Rome. The room was comfortable and very clean; it felt like being in a boutique hotel. The location was very good, it's in a walking distance to the Vatican and to all the main places of interest in Rome, the only time we used the subway was to start up the day from the colosseum. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

First and foremost, I would like to thank our wonderful host Riccardo. He is a wonderful man, so helpful and gracious. My wife and I had an even better experience in Rome because of him. As for the room, simply put, amazing! Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, modern and up to date. Location was key, a 5 minute walk to the Vatican City walls and shopping. 2-3km or half hour walk to roman forum, colosseum, and trevi fountain. Perfect spot. I would gladly return when my wife and I decide to go back. Worth every penny!

When in Rome...

Great location and property. Walking distance to the Vatican (about 3 blocks). Take the bus on the next block or walk...Coffee and bread at the room every day! The area is very suburban and filled with great options to eat and relax.

Hyvät tilat kolmelle yöpyjälle, erittäin siisti kunto ja uudet petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, joka toimitti aamiaistarvikkeet huoneistoon. Upeat näkymät sisäpihaan. Kaunis vanha huippukuntoinen kerrostalo, josta pääsy suoraan Pratin pääkadulle kahviloihin ja lukuisiin ravintoloihin. Tunsin asuvani kuin paikallinen, voin suositella lämpimästi:)

Super Lage, so dass man ganz Rom zu Fuß erkunden kann. Morgens kann man sich einen Kaffe oder auch Tee kochen und eine Kleinigkeit wie Zwieback mit Marmelade oder Gebäck frühstücken. Getränke sind auch jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur Hofseite hat, ist dieses sehr ruhig.

Wonderful location!

Wonderful location, nice accommodations. My only complaint is that there really wasn't breakfast as expected in a B&B and advertised on the website. Just coffee and a biscuit.
