Everything was wonderful about our stay the room was very clean and nicely appointed but at the same time it took us back to 1969 when it was built and it had that retro feel to us that we enjoyed the view of the Ocean was beautiful and the front desk person was very nice. Older building but seems well maintained. Staff was friendly. Dog friendly. Great area with lots of beach access options, mostly driving. Liked having comfy space with kitchen and nice balcony.

Our stay at the Gray Gull was "wonderful"! It was an overnight getaway for us after dealing with serious medical issues and it was therapeutic! We will definitely go back again soon! Love the Gray Gull!!!

The room we stayed in was great. We loved our stay 10/10 would recommend. The staff was nice and understanding and helped out when needed. The only stand out was the dishes, some dishes were dirty but we just washed them again and it was fine. Other than that it we had a blast.

Good hotel, the rooms are comfortable with everything you possibly need. The kitchen has all the appliances. We stayed in room 307, all the bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Elevator is working. The pool is clean and easily accessible.

We always love staying at the Grey Gull. It's convenient, clean and safe. We love the hot tub and pool and the great views and easy access to the beach.

My Favorite Storm-Watching Place

We had a one-night winter stopover because we wanted to sit by a fireplace and watch stormy weather over the beach, and this hotel does not disappoint. Beds are comfy, the place is clean and inviting, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
