Fabulous accommodation.

Absolutely fabulous studio apartment - spotless, modern and great amenities - fabulous shower. Location was perfect - 2 minute walk from tram stop for 22 tram and 15 minutes from main railway station. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Genuinely very pleasantly surprised. For the price I thought the photos weren’t going to match reality, but it really was exactly as shown. So many convenient storage space, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was great, the bathroom was very nicely done. I’m really gutted that it isn’t a more widespread chain because I would stay over and over again on my travels.

We had a great stay, the room and building are very clean and modern. Other than a small hiccup with the room entry code we had no issues. The street outside can be quite busy but our room faced the back so we had not many issues with noise except some emergency vehicles. The place is pretty close to the Museum station which is only about a six minute walk, and even has a large grocery store. Overall the area is walkable but there are some hills and the roads are pretty busy with cars and currently Summer 2025 lots of construction in the vicinity. We would certainly consider staying again, easy access to the main train station and downhill walk to the city centre.

Have a right expectation

Considering this property as a rental apartment rather then a hotel in a more traditional sense, which they don’t have a on-site reception. They only deal with the customers through WhatsApp or other means of digital communication. But once you accept this fact then you will understand how they operate. The property is newly renovated and location is great. The staff is really helpful even it is remote communication. I have a wonderful stay.

Not very clear signage oh how to access both buildings while one of the doors is under repair. Reached out to management and wasn’t really helped. Found the room eventually and it was beautiful, clean, and central.

The room was quiet with plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable however the pillow was too high. There was no blinds in the big ceiling window which it’s not ideal for people that can’t sleep with total brightness.

Quarto bem limpo e super funcional: geladeira, microondas, fogão e lava louça à disposição dos hóspedes. Chaleira e cafeteira de cápsula. Aquecedor de toalhas no banheiro. O prédio possui lavadora de roupas (com app) no subsolo, mas não utilizamos o serviço. Limpeza e reposição dos itens a cada dois dias. Excelente opção de hospedagem!

I recommend this property. Clean modern IKEA inspired theme. Location is good. Room 1.09 has no elevator access only stairs. I had an issue on arrival with the door code not working. It was resolved quickly via chat. There is no front desk and everything is done virtually. So if you arrive outside of their working hours I’m not sure how you would resolve issues.
