An evening under the redwoods

Really lovely place to stay. Stayed in one of the cabins and loved curling up in bed and looking out on the trees. Pretty close to other cabins so can hear a lot of other chatter and people walking by the cabin from other tent sites but that was to be expected. Good amenities, comfortable bed, and had a small kitchen with utensils.

This property was a cool Redwoods experience. We had questions the day of about a possible late check in, which they responded quickly to. Our family cabin was clean with mostly everything we would need. Some cleaning rags could have been supplied for pet friendly cabins so we could ensure to wipe paws/ keep the place clean without having to use the towels in the bathroom. I don’t believe they have room service right now, but most cabin-based properties don’t. There’s a little shop with snacks at the check in, but you’ll need to bring groceries from the town nearby. We felt safe but not isolated which was nice. Overall would stay again!

Tucked into the redwoods, it was quiet and quaint! Cabin interior has been updated nicely. Would have enjoyed sitting on the back deck amongst the trees if we had planned a longer stay!

This place is amazing. Set right in the forest. The trees are right outside your cabin. The cabin is the cutest thing EVER. The only thing I can caution is to make sure you understand what cabin you are getting. We received an email that implied that we would be able to cook food and therefore we bought food for breakfast and dinner. When we showed up we only had a microwave. We were able to fix the situation by upgrading for the night. I want to be clear this did not change our feelings about this place… IT WAS AMAZINGLY CUTE… in fact it was the perfect place to ask my girlfriend to marry me. The lack of understanding was as much my fault.

This place is amazing! Beautiful cabins, very clean, well maintained property in a beautiful location in the woods. Staff was great, they even had free wine sampling from a local winery and live music on saturday evenings. Stay at this place if it's available!

Great location among the redwoods.

Wonderful location right among the redwoods. Beautiful. Surprise lovely restaurant a couple of miles further down St. Patrick's Point Road. It had a fish above the door and some unpronounceable name. Lovely gardens in back.

Nice cabins!

We stayed in one of the cabins, and it was nice! Our only complaint was the bathroom was a bit mouldy: unfinished wood + humidity...

This place is amazing! Certainly the perfect getaway to be amongst the gorgeous giants and enjoy fresh air! The property is much bigger than I realized and there’s some cute trails and great staff!

It was very quiet but we did go in February so there were very few people and no one camping across from our cabin. The surrounding area is beautiful and Trinidad and all it has to offer was just down the road.

Overall great time staying here. Awesome food options just down the street, and there were plenty of outdoor activities within an hour or less drive. Only downside was slow wifi, but my partner and I didn’t need it much.
