Parking was a nightmare but that's to be expected in downtown Phoenix. There's an internal parking garage almost as tall as the whole building, felt like it took 30 minutes to get down. The apartment itself was nice, standalone tub and a glass shower. Nice views of the city, big windows, fast WiFi. The thing that really bothered me was the camera placed just above the front door and pointed STRAIGHT DOWN at the entrance to the apartment. In a time where privacy is such a big topic and the discourse around the license plate readers that are all over every city in the country this seems especially tone deaf and also just like overkill. I did not pay several hundred dollars to be tracked so shamelessly by the vacation rental I rented for a private getaway!! And of course it's not mentioned anywhere in the listing. The camera is mounted in such a way where it can see down your shirt, read your phone screen, anything that you've got in your hands or playing on your phone can be seen. It just felt like I paid all this money to be treated like a criminal or that I'd been flung into a George Orwell novel. Do better. Won't be staying here again.

You have to try this place !

Amazing location- with instructions provided, it was very easy to get the keys, access the garage and get into our room- Really appreciated the secured parking- and truly enjoyed a well supplied kitchen (food not included)

Great place for a downtown stay

The apartment was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and amenities like the pool and hot tub during our stay. We went to a baseball game and the location made it easy to walk to the stadium. Parking was also included and we felt very safe in the building

The property was great, the views were great! However traveling with a family where you don’t want to eat out every meal, having a kitchen fully stocked would have been nice. The cups we cracked and had seen better days. We used the coffee mugs available. There were a few small sauce pans to cook with and one extra small skillet. No seasonings. A more equipped kitchen would have been nice. Luckily we were able to borrow a larger skillet from a friend, to make eggs and pancakes, brown beef for tacos etc. the other downside was the couch. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. It was a couch with a bed , but there was no cushioning for sitting comfortable with the family for a relaxing evening in. We ended up just pulling the bed out of the couch and sitting on bed instead because that was better than sitting in the couch itself. The fuse ball table did not have a ball to play with, so we moved it to the side. However the board games that were in the condo were nice to have. The condo otherwise was fantastic and we had a great time!

Amazing time

The place was very nice. Dinner was good, and our show was great. We had an amazing time. Just need to let you know of a leak in the guest bathroom, the sink on the left has a leak when you turn on the hot water. Thank you.

All was good with just a few exceptions. Couldn't raise blinds for the door to the patio Only one TV remote was working None of the outlets in the bathroom worked. Wasn't crazy about the beds. Having 3 beds in one bedroom was rather weird, and thankfully it was just me. You should make it very clear that there are 3 beds in the one bedroom

The space was big and clean. I would advise the owner to have pet and non pet friendly units that way people do not have sit in pet odor if they do not have a pet with them.
