In my reservation from 4/30/2015 to 5/4/2025 we encountered a couple of issues . The first thing I noticed was a coffee cup left behind on the couch then made my way to the bedroom near the balcony and realized hair on bed then went to restroom and shower doors were all dirty, toilet had hairs , bath mat was dirty . ROACHES IN BATHROOM AS WELL. Table on the living room had a bunch of cup stains . Overall horrible ! I reach out right after we check in by messaging them and I checked out today and still waiting on an answered. Would not recommend.
