The staff are what makes this hotel. The restaurant team are amazing, they are so good with families the kids love it, really makes meals so much easier. From front of house, to cleaning staff, to the shuttle teams, the staff are always on hand to go above and beyond. The hotel is spotless, the glasses are never empty, chefs always have food ready to come out. Amazing place to stay.

I loved this hotel I wasn't expecting to have a full apartment absolutely over the moon and a balcony so happy. The only thing that went wrong was the shower and hot water kept turning off but we loved every second. I would stay at the hotel again and again.

We love this hotel! The food selection is relatively small for all inclusive, but had good variety and we could rely on the basics for kids. The staff are great and the room is cleaned very well every day. The heated pool is a bit chilly at the end of March, but we knew that may be the case. Our boys, 5 and 7, used to enjoy going to kids club - pyjama night, movie night, crafts. The beach, which was a 15 minute walk away (there may be buses at another time,) is stunning. We’d go again.

Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Broken AC, cold pools, weird sewer smell. Not sure how this is considered a 4 star. With some time and effort spent into upgrading , could be lovely! Food is also really bad :( Won’t be back to stay here!
