Wonderful stay, great location

Loved my 5 night stay at Palazzo Graziani. A gorgeous old building (300+ years) with thoughtfully updated rooms. I stayed in a single room and although smallish it had all the amenities needed, including a kettle, tea and a small fridge and smart use of space. Spotlessly clean. Check was easy, all the staff were friendly and gracious. Location was perfect, a short walk from the Duomo and everything you might want to see in Firenze. It’s in a neighborhood right by a small piazza with great places to eat or have apertivo and slightly off the tourist track (bonus!). Breakfast was very good and the view of THE dome from the roof terrace was the winner. Highly recommend.

We loved this property. The staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of pastries, bread and juices. We loved the terrace where you can see the Duomo and surrounding area. We ate breakfast on the terrace every morning. The location was walking distance to the Duomo and surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Palazzo Graziani. The staff were very helpful and courteous and even recommended some great nearby restaurants. The room was very clean, with tall floor to ceiling windows. The property itself is in a great area, a close ten minute the Duomo but not so close that it’s too loud. There is a fantastic piazza close by by the lions fountain pub that has lots of excellent restaurants and people watching. Most of the people in this area are Italians so definitely feels like a more authentic experience… not a tourist trap! Best of all the roof top terrace gives you a 360 degree view of the city… what better way to wake up than a breakfast overlooking the Duomo! 10 out of 10!

We were very happy with check in and our room. It would have been nice if the hotel would have left the terrace open later but it was still nice. We would recommend staying here for your time in Florence. The staff is friendly and location is excellent.

Not too far from the train station that you can't walk. The property itself is beautiful, the rooms clean and traditional, breakfast is solid, and the rooftop terrace view is absolutely fantastic. The only suggestion I would make is during the now longer heat waves in Europe, that the property should add shade to the very top of the terrace. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The air conditioning although working was not adequate for the room resulting in a couple of sleepless nights. That being said...it was the middle of summer but should have been able to keep up with the heat.

Great location and great terrace with unbelievable

The accommodation is described as d’époque and you really get a good vibe of prior years. The breakfast had a lot of choice; I would have liked an earlier start than 8 am but then it is mainly for vacation purposes so 8 am is fine for most people. The terrace gives you great views of the Duomo and the top terrace has great views of the entire city with a light breeze - really THE selling spot for the hotel. The Duomo is less than 5 minutes away and there are great restaurants not too far. Hat’s off to the empanadas at the corner- delicious and affordable. The AC was fine for me but I admit it is light - if there were 2 people in the room, maybe it would get too hot. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was respectable but window view was breathtaking... Breakfast was reach for any taste and location is so convenient for day start... Wooden shutters aloud to enjoy siesta in the mid of the day but no screen to protect against mosquitoes. Any way everything was so lovely and I can recommend this place for staying in Florence...

Wifi and air conditioning were not that great at all, barely worked. We arrived early but they close the doors for 3 hours during lunch so we had no where to put our luggage after arriving. Overall very clean rooms and breakfast was good.

Location was great. Breakfast was basic European fare. Very old but well done with beautiful view of Duomo and rest of city from roof top terrace. Not service oriented but adequate as the hotel is very small.
