The property was beautifully updated, without losing any of the antique charm. Our host was awesome! He was there for our breakfasts and was fun and personable. This was the most beautiful hotel in our entire trip. Located in a wonderful historic building so close to the Duomo. Everything about this place was amazing especially for the price! Especially the decor, breakfast and the unbelievable rooftop terraces. We will definitely return to this hotel again and highly recommend it to our friends.

You can’t beat the view from the rooftop patio. The staff were excellent friendly and efficient location 300 yards from the Dumo. I had a very good time there.

Amazing Stay & View in Florence

Wonderful and charming stay in one of the less touristy areas of the city. Very central location and the hotel has a certain charm to it. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The best part about it is the balcony / roof by the lobby. It has an excellent view. Good AC in the rooms (and it was HOT)

Overlook of basilica

Our room was overlooking the basilica. Awesome view especially in the evening. Staff was very helpful. Could get a five except for breakfast, which was mostly bread types.

Hotel location was perfect. Room was nice and breakfast was ok. Our biggest issue was the air conditioning. We stayed 3 nights, the first 2 it worked it the last night it stopped working. Unfree had to check out early in the morning so couldn’t let them know. Breakfast only starts at 8:00, so if you have an early tour like we did you’re out of luck.

Ist ein sauberes B&B. Dachterrasse darf nur zum Frühstücken genutzt werden! Sehr schade fanden wir.Man sollte wissen, wenn ein Parkplatz gebucht wird, wird das Fahrzeug von jemandem außerhalb von Florenz gebracht.

Property was amazing and from the 15th century. Rooms was very large and clean. Host was on time and very helpful when needed. A little loud outside from 11-12pm but bearable. Would stay there again for sure. Also has an elevator which was very convenient .

The property is very beautiful, rooms are super clean and easy to walk around. The 3 stars rating is because the customer service is kind of rude. Place is closed 12:00pm-3:00pm so you won’t be able to check in if they are close. They have weird rules, like don’t eat anything but water in the room.

The location and the view were incredible. We watched the sunset on the rooftop which was breathtakingly beautiful! Breakfast included. Very reasonable price. Worth it. The staff were very friendly. Love to go back again.

Viagem foi maravilha. O hotel é inscrivel, o atendente foi super gentil e explicou tudo corretamente. Hotel fica a 18 minutos de caminhada da estação, portanto se você estiver com pouca bagagem é possível ir caminhando. O café da manhã tem ótimas opções, com pães, frios, suco, frutas. Quarto novo, confortável e limpo. Com certeza ficaria no Hotel novamente.
