Front staff was very friendly! The place is nice overall but a bit ran down. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Curtains are falling apart. Internet was completely out during our stay. Guest were noisy and party pass 3 am

Bonjour nous avons payé 90 euros la nuit et pris 2 nuits. Votre site était répertorié comme un hôtel et nous pensions bénéficier des services et prestations qui en découlaient. Or ni ménage , ni serviettes ou consommables n ont été rechargés ou l aurait été fait moyennant des suppléments . Assez decue

J’ai vu quelques commentaires négatif concernant cette établissement. J’ai voulu tester par moi même et effectivement il y a une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, la propreté n’était pas au top du top (un vêtement oublié derrière le bureau), la hotte de la cuisine ne marchait pas, et je penses que c’est a cause de ça que l’odeur est très désagréable.

Good location near the centre, payable parking at the hotel (13€), room and bathroom decent and clean. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money

Toujours un plaisir de venir aux Loges du Park

Comme nous sommes habitué à venir aux LOGES DU PARK, c'est toujours avec un grand plaisir que nous apprécions notre séjour, ballade dans AIX les BAINS. Dégustations de bon plats dans différents restaurants de la ville, petit tour au casino, cinéma, au bord du lac. Vraiment chaque fois un séjour avec beaucoup de marche car nous laissons la voiture dans le garage couvert de la résidence.
