Bem ruinzinho, apesar do lugar ser bonito.

O acesso à pousada é ruim. Muito esburacado. O quarto não tem um telefone/interfone, nem frigobar, além do chalé ser longe do resto. O quarto tinha um abajur na cabeceira com luz fria e sem cúpula.

Eu aluguei um ap que tinha até churrasqueira e chegando lá fui colocado em outro. Não reclamei, pq o ap que fiquei tinha um quarto grande com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. Pontos positivos: Ar, sky na sala e no quarto. Pontos negativos: panelas velhas, talheres antigos e cafeteira quebrada. A localização é boa pq fica perto da rua das pedras. A piscina boa e o restaurante tbm.

localidade boa porem o quarto decepciona

apesar de notar um esforco para ajeitar o lugar para a alta temporada, fiquei decepcionado com o quarto pois os moveis sao muito antigos o vaso sanitario nao funcionava bem ,fiquei hospedado 4 noites e em nehum momento a roupa de cama ou banho foi trocada . Na reserva dizia duas camas de solteiro o que nao existe, mas na verdade um velho sofa cama, enfim preferia estar dando uma opiniao diiferente mas desta vez nao tem jeito.Ficou devendo.

Todo súper bien, la ubicación es excelente, cerca de la playa, barrio muy tranquilo, solo que de los 4 días que estuvimos nos limpiaron la habitación solo una vez y sólo ante nuestra insistencia ademas un exceso de confianza por parte de un recepcionista de trato poco formal y no entregan boleta o comprobante en el momento de pagar

Buzios är fantastiskt fint och lägenhetshotellets läge är bra, nära allt. Men det är ett problem att personalen endast talar portugisiska. Det tog flera dagar för oss att förstå att vi behövde lämna nycklarna i receptionen för att rummet skulle städas. Det fanns alls inte någon wi-fi i lobbyn trots att det utlovats. Hotellet var delvis nedslitet men det var fint med uppvuxen grönska runt poolen.

Uma estadia familiar agradável e relaxante!

Buzios Internacional Apart Hotel acabou de ser reformado e pintado, principalmente seus corredores, que ficaram mais claros e bonitos.É a segunda vez, que nos hospedamos aqui.A localização é a melhor de Búzios, bem como o conforto dos seus apartamentos com cama queensize, ar condicionado, cozinha americana com geladeira, fogão e microondas. A varanda com a rede é muito agradável.A piscina é arborizada,bonita e agradável. O Coffee Shop serve um café-da-manhã de R$16,00 é razoável, bem como uma boa e barata refeição, que dá para 2 pessoas, por R$20,00. Enfim, os apartamentos são perfeitos para uma família, como a nossa família, ou mesmo, para um casal em lua-de-mel ou um executivo que quer tranquilidade para trabalhar e pensar. Aconselho fortemente o serviço de Aquatáxi do pier da praia do Canto, que fica perto do aparthotel, para as praias de Tartaruga,Ossos, Azedinha e João Fernandes.

Conforto abaixo do esperado!

Não gostei muito do hotel porque estava em reforma e estava muito sujo de polimento das paredes nas aereas comuns, cheio de po e fita crepe para todo lado! Definitivamente não gostei dessa situação, acho que deveria ter sido informado antes pois se eu soubesse não teria ficado la! O quarto é confortavel, a cama de casal é boa e a roupa de cama tambem! Mas as duas camas de solteiro como anunciado no site não existem, na verdade existe um sofa bicama, outra coisa que me decepcionou.Não existe wi fi nos quartos só na area comum e muito ruim, outro ponto desfavoravel. Um ponto bem favoravel é a localização, so virar a rua e estamos na Rua das Pedras!

Passeio ou pesadelo!!! Para nós pesadelo

Cheguei na portaria o atendente! achei que era um carcereiro. Um balde de agua fria a entrada do hotel... LIXÃO. Preenchemos a ficha de entrada fomos direcionados para o Bloco... Um CORTIÇO foi a nossa impressão, o hall de entrada uma porta suja, sofá de madeira, acento, tudo empoeirado de obras, os corredores, sujos sem limpezas a meses - abandonado!!! não aconselho pra ninguém foi muito Humilhantes entrar naquele lugar com minha família cheia de ansiedade para conhecer Búzios. O apartamento horroroso reformado recentemente de péssima qualidade. Saímos ficamos batendo de porta em porta, retornamos para nossa Casa. Frustrados.

Uma estadia no paraíso

O apartamento tem boas acomodações, com ótima cama de casal queensize com colchão de molas ensacadas e perfeito, mesmo o sofá bicama tem colchões confortáveis; a cozinha americana com todos utensílios para refeições rápidas; varanda com rede agradável. O apartamento bem arrumado e limpo com ar condicionado no quarto e na sala, além de ventilador de teto. O condomínio tem garagem , estacionamento, piscina, sauna e arborização fantástica. Adorei andar dentro do condomínio com suas árvores e palmeiras. Os corredores acabam de serem reformados e pintados; e estão bem iluminados. A localização melhor é quase impossível. Não precisei de usar carro para ir visitar quase todas as lindas praias de Búzios, pois Aquatáxis saem do cais (pier), que está pertinho da portaria principal. Os Aquatáxis levam para as praia de Tartaruga, Ossos, Azeda /Azedinha ( a praia mais linda do mundo) e João Fernandes. Pode-se caminhar até as praias do Forno(600m) , Brava (800m) e Ferradura ( 1200m da portaria principal). Para os surfistas, a praia de Geribá (3000m de distância) é ideal.

Uma estadia agradável e única.

A localização é a melhor de Búzios! Fica perto da Rua das Pedras e Orla Bardot, portanto dos melhores restaurantes de Búzios, da vida noturna de Búzios com seus bares e night clubs, e do comércio charmoso, que funciona durante quase toda noite. A piscina do residence service é muito boa, bem como a sauna. A praia do Canto,que fica a 100m da portaria principal, é ótima , no canto esquerdo. O pier da praia do Canto oferece passeios de barco e táxi aquático para várias praias, como Tartaruga e Azeda/Azedinha( a praia mais charmosa do mundo!). O apartamento é super agradável com cozinha americana e uma varanda com rede.

Buzios Internacional Apart hotel is located 100m from the pier of Canto beach,thus close to the worldwide known " Rua das Pedras" and Bardot seashore walkway. It has many trees inside the condominium with parking places. It has a very agreeable swimming pool , sauna and games room.The 49m2 luxury aparment is very comfortable with a bedroom with queensize bed; air conditioning in the bedroom and in the lving room.The kitchen is very helpful with its refrigerator, stove with oven, drinkable water, coffeemaker and so on. The balcony with a hammock is very pleasant too.
