The workers there are wonderful, but the hotel is not. It needs a serious upgrade in maintenance or remodel.

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel were satisfactory. However, the other rooms were excessively noisy at midnight, preventing us from obtaining a restful sleep.

Fantastic service with everything as described. The staff were extremely helpful and always went above and beyond to help. Extended my stay at a discount with no fuss. Definitely a place I would be staying again.

There were a couple of items that were old but overall my experience was so great that I’d easily give these guys 5 stars. In particular, Ayden was very friendly, helpful and awesome.

I've stayed abroad for slightly less to the same price with a much better service. The language barrier didnt help. I think only two of the days out of four I was served breakfast on time, again communicating this was met with the language barrier and a bit of attitude. The room safe didnt work, the front door was a bit crooked, you had to lift it slightly to open it. If you're backpacking this place is fine, if your going as a tourist, I wouldnt recommend, there are probably a lot better value places in more Central Istanbul. I chose the area due to its relative closeness to the only metro line that goes to Istanbul Airport, not knowing this was closed while I was there. When I come again I will look to book somewhere around Kabatas for its easy links to Taksim-Sishane, across the bridge South, but also bus links to Arnavutkoy (in Besiktas) and ferry links to the Eastern side, mainly Kadikoy.

You have an extremely steep road in front of the hotel; therefore, you really might want to watch your suitcase. Your suitcape will get her will and walk dowm away from you.

Gayet iyi
