This is my home away from home! I have stayed here three times now and the Adagio has never let me down. I love the Adagio for its friendly atmosphere and helpful staff and the cleanliness is immaculate. I shall definitely be back when I travel to the UK from Canada again.

You feel like you’re in your own apartment. The staff were polite, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely be back. The apartment, doors and elevator required your key card to move about. I was with my daughter and felt secure at all times.

Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a convenient little kitchen and fridge. The room was a decent size and quiet. Overall, the room and property were well maintained. Check in was a little disorganized, partially because of a remodel of the lobby that was occurring at the time. The staff was also a little curt and cold, and communication could have been better.

Love the location and the property. Have recommended this hotel to many people. However, was very disappointed with hotel policy of charging an hourly rate for early check in!! "Your room is ready but, you'll have to pay 10 pounds per hour for early check"! I booked a 7 night stay...isn't that good enough to let me into my room at 1 pm?! Don't bother getting to the hotel prior to 3 pm to re- cooperate from hours of travelling...find something else to do like I did!

Location location. Right next to bus station and train station and bull ring mall. Helpful staff except for one (guess the name of as Irma). Every sentence had this is extra ... this is extra. Also when we asked for duet she had say 3 times that this are provided “extra” Overall - no amenities provided. Atleast they should have starter kit for the arrivals before a person can buy hand cream and lotion. Same for cooking. Although we didn’t cook - they should have some starter salt and pepper. Otherwise good experience

Close to Town Hall

Very clean and well appointed room. For me it was ideally located less than a 10 minute walk to Town Hall where I was going to see two classical music concerts. The room was very quiet, well thought out, with plenty of shelving and places to put your luggage and belongings. Great kitchenette and a delicious all you can eat breakfast (very welcome after my long flight). The staff were courteous and helpful.

Close to shopping and trains.

It was a nice spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and kitchen. The sofa bed was quite comfortable even for 2. 5 min walk to a shopping mall, 10 min walk to 2 train stations. Very accessible for train travelers.

Great city centre location

Very clean rooms, courteous and helpful staff, great facilities including laundry room, convenient for bus and rail transport and plenty of shopping at your doorstep. Would strongly recommend this location. Will be going back in June.

The unit is much bigger than a standard hotel room

Having a kitchen was great. We were able to shop close by and cook our own meals which more than made up for the slightly higher cost. We also appreciated being able to use the laundry facilities. Knowing that we could do laundry allowed us to travel much lighter than usual.

My room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was brilliant. I would’ve given it five stars but there was an issue with my door lock and it wasn’t resolved. The receptionist looked at it and said there was no one to fix it and the hotel was full. She suggested for me to put chairs behind the door instead. No apologies, etc. I couldn’t sleep well that night as I didn’t feel secured at all but luckily it was just an overnight stay. Upon checkout, I raised it again to make sure that the next guest won’t have the same issue, and the response was “okay, we’ll check it” again, no apologies whatsoever. Disappointing for a 4 star property.
